    Our recent experience staying at Hampton Hotels in Fremont CA was nothing short of amazing. We travel often & the majority of those are for medical procedures. While that in itself isn't fun, having a nice, clean, comfortable, safe place to stay can make all the difference. And this current visit was no exception. Michelle, at the front desk, went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one. She has a fantastic attitude, always has a warm smile & made us feel at home. We had checked into our room virtually & then realized when we arrived that we needed a different room location. Michelle said no problem at all & took care of it. I wish more people had her positive attitude. Room: roomy, airy, clean, spacious. Large TV is a plus, appreciate the fridge & microwave. Comforter on bed was the perfect weight. Bathroom: absolutely loved the walk in shower. Instant hot water, hair/body wash products were good quality with minimal scent. They changed the hand soap from those little bars to a pump dispenser. I love that.Bed: It was comfortable ish. A tad firm. If I was to pick 1 thing that was a negativity, the bed was a little too firm. Free breakfast: always a great selection. From waffles, eggs, sausages to oatmeal, cold cereals & yogurt. Coffee & hot water always on tap. In my opinion, that also increases the value of our stay.I realize most people leave reviews when things go wrong... I felt it is so important to leave reviews when things go right. Thank you again Hampton & Michelle! We will be back. Mr & Mrs White

    This hotel is exactly what you expect from a Hampton Inn. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast options were good, and the staff was friendly. A solid choice for a short stay.My only complaint is that the gym room is closed before 6 am. Many business travelers (including me) need an earlier time for a workout. Not sure why they lock it at all, but even an additional hour would be appreciated in the future.

    Another great experience at a Hampton Inn

    We decided to take two days for our drive home from Eureka to Los Angeles. We had such a good experience with the Hampton Inn in Petaluma that we decided to try the Hampton Inn in Fremont right next to San Jose. Again another great stay with our dog at a Hampton Inn. I was able to choose the room online and the digital key was on my phone the moment we got there. I actually never needed to go to the main desk and was able to go straight to my room. You do need to sign up for the Hilton Honors Rewards program, but it does not cost anything and there are benefits to being a member. This is a very nice hotel whether you are traveling with a dog or just a two legged member of the family.

    This was my 2nd stay at Hampton Inn Fremont, and it was just as perfect as last time. Spotless room, excellent breakfast, very competitive rates for that area and well located for all my Bay Area business visits. I will definitely return.
