    Nice business hotel for the area

    We stayed here one night for a business event and it was clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and there is a restaurant and bar on site though we didn’t use it. We ate instead at Hobee’s next door. Our only gripe is the parking. You have to pay separately via app and it was confusing. There doesn’t seem to be any difference between parking for public or room guests. I paid for overnight, my receipt said it expired at 10:53 am (even though I paid at 12:30) then the next morning at 9:15 I got a text saying it was expiring in 15 minutes. The staff don’t really understand how it works yet so they couldn’t help. Other than that it’s a quiet clean place, close to Stanford and plenty of places to eat.     From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. My room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and they have a great indoor pool. I’ll definitely be coming back!     Clean and Easy!

    The front desk was obviously first contact. Very very nice and even upgraded me to a suite with my Hilton status. I wasn’t expecting that so that was a nice touch. The hotel is very clean including the room. Immaculate would be the word I would use to describe the rooms. I attached pictures below. Parking is on site and is very easy, it’s in a nice location located to stores, etc. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner and have a full bar. Highly recommend especially for a business stay!     Corporate penny pinching. Grubby hotel.

    Bad hotel. Came back to my room to discover it hadn’t been serviced. In these frugal times I had no expectation of sheets or toweling being replaced. Just a simple room clean and making the bed. Despite the Hilton promise of fixing problems, my room is an untidy mess. They charge a lot for this so called service. So much for being a gold member. Conveys little. I’ll never ever ever stay here again. It is also grubby and noisy.
