    The room was clean, $15 pay to park, advertised breakfast on app $4 more was actually $18. Advertised room rate through app was $238, real rate charged was $385. Only 1 USB port in room was broken. No phone to call front desk, Manager unhelpful, hi stress stay.     Okay hotel, but expected a bit better.

    This was my first time visiting this hotel... It was overall a decent experience aside from a few minor things. First, at check-in the lady at the front did not greet us and it took awhile for her to actually pull up our reservation... I'm not sure why. When we got up to the room, we noticed there was no electricity so we almost went down to the front until I saw you had to put your key in a slot in order to activate electricity. I wish front desk staff would have notified us of that. We had limited towels... 2 bath which were fine but only one washcloth and one hand towel. I felt there could have been more! When we moved the table that sits in front of the couch, we found a black sock from someone who maybe stayed previously and our suite bag had everything but a comforter... the pillow case had hair all over it (which I'm sure may have been from the dryer) but I thought that was a bit nasty. Aside from that, they were extremely present with late check out and the lady checking us out in the morning was a lot more friendly than the one who checked us in. Hotel seemed decently clean for the most part aside from the small issues we experienced in the room.     Guest room not clean, or 100% clean, but enjoyed overall.

    Check in was ok. No line, but agent was very chatty, around 9pm with a previous guest checking in and even though they were done, with the check in , he was very chatty and so was the agent, didn't even acknowledge us waiting in line, and I was with my small child ( 4 years old). When I arrived at the room, 223, the room was already opened, I went in, left over gummy bear on floor, the night lamp, bulb was out, one was only working, sticky floor on the sofa area, so overall room didn't feel clean and for what I paid, it was really not worth it, I should have paid for this kind of quality room 100$ not $179.00.They also charged me 15$ for parking, which I didn't quite understand given the parking is self parking and in a lot that has multiple spaces. I think the highlight of our stay was breakfast. I purchased the room rate for breakfast, and I liked my kid entree was complimentary, but the server Karen was outstanding, and made our stay memorable. Super attentive and really wonderful. I loved the delicious breakfast and I think during summer this will be a fun hotel with the pool.

    1.The gym is ready for workout 24 hours a day. It satisfied our need from different schedules.2.The room is clean and the bed is wonderfully confertable, but if you change your shower equipment that would be perfect. Because the shower room is a little bit slippery and the wall may have hair on it that we can’t use shower to clean it immediately.Above all Holiday Inn in Milpitas is an amazing hotel that I shall be recommending choice.     Rooms were clean and a King size bed never hurts. Rooms do not have a microwave so you’ll have to request for one at the front desk to be brought up when you’re checking in. Plenty of nice restaurants around the area so you’ll have a variety to choose from.
