    We had a pleasant stay, front desk staff were really helpful while check in and understood our special request well. The location is very convenient when you want to explore Silicon Valley. Room were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great with many options.

    Avoid the first floor odd numbered rooms & housekeeping is not consistent

    Cons: Stayed a week and was assigned Room 105. This room along with all of the other odd numbered rooms are adjacent to the main highway. There is so much noise from it, that getting a decent night sleep was not going to occur. Front desk refused to reassign on day of checkin but were willing to do it on Day 2 but they should have gotten it right the first time with a long term stay. If your staying a week, get a room on a high floor away from the main highway and the elevators. Housekeeping was variable and not automatic. Getting housekeeping to come in had to be pulled to the point that for our last night there, they never came (gee ladies..less work for you). To access the gym, you have to leave the building and re-enter the gym through a separate badged door. Pros: Breakfast

    The front desk service here is terrible.While attempting to confirm early check-in by phone, I experienced repeated call disconnections, unanswered calls placed on hold without response, and an accusation from staff that I was “yelling,” which was not accurate.Only after multiple calls did the hotel finally confirm early check-in. I believe this conduct reflects improper customer service practices and request that the matter be reviewed.Wouldn't suggest anyone to live here if you cannot withstand a arrogant and disrespectful front desk service.     Great experience and top notch staff who are helpful and friendly! The booking process was super easy and didn’t have to prepay. Upon arrival I was kindly greeted and was in my room in less than 10 min. Highly recommend this place if you plan to be in the South Bay, Santa Clara, San Jose area.

    The pillow selection is plentiful, the window shades completely block the sun, you can see the extra touches they put in the bathroom with the towels, the breakfast was good with many selections each day. The elevator is a bit dated, but still functional. The lobby is very modern.
