  Average Homewood with a Ridiculous Parking Fee

  Pros:- Spacious room- Comfortable mattresses- Plenty of lighting in room- Lots of available parking close to the front entrance- Common areas are very clean and nicely decorated- Mostly friendly staff- 2 elevatorsCons:- Ridiculous parking fee of $15 per day- Horrible low flow shower head- Loud freeway noise in room- Tiny luggage carts- Bathroom lights all on motion sensors and timers- Hallways are freezing coldI will never stay at this Homewood Suites again simply due to the insulting parking fee. I spent over $500 to stay here for three nights and they felt the need to gouge me for an extra $45 to park in their private parking lot that was 85% empty the entire time that I was there. Hilton needs to get a handle on their properties charging these parking fees, most don't and those are the ones that will get my business. As I have Honors Gold I asked for the fee to be waived and the staff refused.This is mostly your standard Homewood. It was a maze of doors to get from the lobby to the elevators which required a jaunt through an outside courtyard and was very frustrating with luggage. Common areas are clean and upscale but for some reason they are also freezing cold. Although a few luggage carts are available they are the small "airport style" ones that are impossible to use for anything more than a few items. Freeway noise does not usually bother me but it was so loud in my room that I thought one of the windows had been left open and I tried to close them both several times. Mattresses were plush and comfortable. The lights in both the bathroom and sink area are connected to motion sensors and timers. It's awesome getting up in the middle of the night to use the toilet and having all of the lights come on blinding you, and then the lights turning off while you are showering because they didn't detect motion within a set amount of time. Great design for a hotel room! And you'll definitely be in the shower for quite a while with the super low flow shower head. The hotel is surrounded by large business parks, expect to drive for a bit to reach food and shopping options. I look forward to my next visit to this area but I'll be staying at a different Hilton property.   Ants infested rooms, smelling damp carpets and unwilling to help reception staffs

  The hotel staffs at the reception are very disrespectful and discriminatory.They do not offer good service and are not willing to help .I spent 4 nights and it was horrible unfortunately I had a 4 month old baby also who cried through the nights. The carpets smells so bad and damp . There was ants all over the room, bathroom and on the bed. Even after complaining nothing was done . However, The breakfast was nice and I must commend the kitchen staff who made sure everyone was properly attended to even though it would have been nice to see her get some support. She single handedly did everything, from attending to guests to refills and all .I have video evidence of my horrible stay in the room even my luggage was filled with ants .   Stayed for 3 mights for leisure weekend. We were able to check in at 11am. Every staff member was very friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Our room was next to freeway, 4th floor, but quiet. Could occasionally hear loud vehicles, but it did not keep us awake. There is a nice outdoor pool area. There is an outdoor gas grill, but we did not use it. We would stay again if visiting the area again.

  Hotel is relatively new but the service screams “I don’t care!” every step of the way.

  First night here. So far:1) bathroom light has a motion sensor. It turns on by itself many times during the night2) no shampoo in the room. Big refillable empty containers. All someone needs to do is check this once every two weeks3) no housekeeping service unless requested. A sign in the room says they will service the room every other day. 4) Broken elevators5) cold/stale food at breakfast.

  Very Nice, clean place to stay. Breakfast options were good & plenty of parking. They have 4 DC charging stations on the side & we're able to charge our Tesla both nights that we stayed. Def recommended.
