    Great location, poor everything else

    The location for this hotel and the convenient location to the SAP center was all that was great. The website did not inform guests of the closed restaurant. The rooms were dirty with stains on the carpet and mildew and mold in the bathroom. We never were informed that room service was every other day (even then they never showed up). The digital/text valet did not work correctly. I would not stay here again.

    Hotel charged for prepaid room

    2-3 star hotel. Staff were nice. However, I prepaid for the room through Tripadvisor.We pre paid for three nights but checked out early to take a red eye back to Atlanta and avoid nation wide travel issues with the weather and TSA. Unfortunately the hotel charged us for 1-2 nights (I have no receipt, no communication, no idea why they charged me for a prepaid room). I have called and spoken with two people at the front desk since then over 3 days, both apologized there was no manager on site, both assured me the issue would be resolved asap, but still no credit for the incorrect charge, no communication. I rarely write any reviews, and almost never any negative reviews, but I have never had this happen with a hotel before, believe Tripadvisor should also know the hotel charged directly for a room already paid to Tripadvisor, and just want this resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Great Venue For A Wedding!

    Okay so I did not stay at this hotel as a guest, but I photographed a wedding there last night and it was amazing. Tia (I hope I spelled her name right) and the entire staff were on fire. The hotel recently renovated their first floor lounge and bigger event room, and the results were spectacular. Little details like the lighting and tile work, fountains, the choices of color and decor were clearly made by someone at the top of their game. The catering was perfect, great food and a professional staff. Well done everyone!

    First I’ll address the best part of the review which is the location. This hotel is downtown and is close to restaurants, shops, etc. Now the downside: the hotel is very old and is in desperate need of a remodel. The bathroom was clean but I noticed there were little fleas or flies flying around the sink and the toilet ! I was a bit grossed out. The rug looked like it needed a deep cleaning. There wasn’t even a safe for our valuables so we had to carry our valuables around with us all day for 3 days. I know this hotel is rated 3.5 or 3 stars so I wasn’t expecting luxury…. but I still expected a clean room.

    Friendly Team, Horrible Beds

    The staff here are truly great—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the beds are horrible and incredibly uncomfortable, so be prepared to wake up with a backache. It really takes away from what could be a good experience. Also note that there is a $75 charge for pets, which isn’t always made clear ahead of time. Another thing to know: there is no on-site parking. You’ll need to park over by San Pedro Square and walk back, which isn’t too bad but still inconvenient. Overall, amazing staff but major issues with comfort and logistics.
