    Great, simple & always clean hotel. Free simple breakfast. What else do you want? Hyatt rewards member. This is why I always come back.

    Convenient location, well maintained facility and friendly staff. Loved the full kitchen for affordable meals plus the complimentary breakfast.

    My stay could have been much better. On the first night, the air conditioning in my room was not working, and due to the discomfort, I only slept about three hours. I contacted the front desk, and a maintenance worker came to the room around 10:00 PM but was unable to fix the issue. I was then informed that the hotel was sold out, along with all other Hyatt properties in the area.I explained that I am a Globalist member and requested to be relocated to any comparable hotel with a functioning air conditioner, but I was told they could not assist me. The following morning, I was informed that I would receive 7,500 points as compensation.The next day, around 1:00 PM, I called to check on the status of the repair and was told the AC was still not fixed. I was also told I would be upgraded to a larger room. However, when I arrived at the hotel about an hour later, the front desk employee stated she had no idea what I was referring to because she had just started her shift and had not been informed of my situation. After I explained everything again, she was eventually able to move me to another room of the same size after about 20 minutes.Overall, I do not feel that my situation was handled appropriately, and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a manager regarding my experience.     Very nice hotel. Clean, modern. I was complementary upgraded to a suite with kitchen. Comfortable bed, quiet.     Great staff but a bit disappointing…

    The pick up and drop off at the airport was good. Was told to call the hotel when you get your bags and they will send the shuttle. When you check-in you should set up your reservation for drop off date and time for the shuttle as it can get full quickly.The staff was very friendly and helpful and the one bedroom suite we had was very spacious and clean. However, the Chromecast system was not working and initially they moved us to another room. But that room’s TV system was also not functioning properly. Maintenance tried correcting the issue, but at the end it appeared it was due to a change to a new system that was not connecting to the hotel’s WiFi that could not be corrected immediately.The complimentary buffet was ok, no omelet station offered anymore. Don’t rely on their wake-up service. The phone connection doesn’t work, so called the front desk and asked for a 4:30am wake-up call. Never got the call, fortunately I was able to get up on my own at 5am. Husband went to talk to the front desk and the person said the evening shift didn’t say anything, but when he went to check the log it was written down. Maybe management should tell the early morning staff to check the log regardless of the evening staff not saying anything. Not sure if we’ll stay here again.
