    Desperately needs a makeover

    10-12 years ago when we frequented the Bay Area more often, my wife and I stayed at various Larkspur Landing properties, including this one, a number of times. We always liked the spacious suites and other amenities. We recently had a series of family events so decided to stay at one of our favorites. To sum it up, it was very disappointing to find the property in such need of maintenance. One elevator out of order. Frayed carpet in the room. Chipped cabinets with crooked doors. Stained upholstery (on what was probably the same furniture from 10-12 years ago). I could go on.There are many hotels in the area in the same price range. I suggest you try them instead of the Larkspur Landing properties, I know we will.     Will take payment even though free cancellation!

    Do NOT book this hotel unless you are 100% staying. They have taken payment from me even though I cancelled within free cancellation period. I have sent emails & tried to phone numerous times & have not had any response. Customer service is appalling & I have been left out of pocket. Larkspur landings management get your act together!     I’ve been going to ALL there California locations, for approximately 5 years and there rep Miss Renea DrFazio has been my point of contact for a couple years .She single handedly has provided an amazing experience for myself and the gentleman that work for me and Tank Tek.I’ve NEVER found anyone who has made my experience as in scheduling and accommodating as Miss DrFazio does.If I have a job that’s an hour sometimes more away from a larkspur ,I still choose larkspur and Miss DrFazio over a closer location .I and Tank Tek are a small company, but feel like VIP each and every time I schedule a trip for myself or the tank Tek crew.Thank you to Miss DrFazio and her team.Douglas Tank Tek Environmental… Arnold Lozada, General Manager at Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Milpitas, responded to this review We value your feedback greatly.     The place is decent and rooms are in need of a serious update. The toiletries they provide are not good at all they give 1 smaller than travel size shampoo and the same for conditioner and same for body lotion. That is ONLY 1 OF EACH for the room. The first room we were checked into had a very very strong odor of urine so we had to change rooms. That was kind of annoying. And the "Breakfast" well let's just say your gonna wanna just eat out.     Pictures are deceiving

    I stayed here because of a 49er game we were all going to. The service was not horrible, they were cordial and polite. The rooms were clean, the bed was not comfortable at all. We saw pictures of a hot tub on site and when asked if they had one, they said no. Which was odd because the pictures on their website and other sites showed it did. Besides the lack of a hot tub that was pictured and the uncomfortable bed, it was a decent place to stay at.
