I stayed at Larkspur Landing while attending a conference for work. The hotel manager was so attentive to my needs when I forgot my phone charger at home, when my colleague and I needed a ride to the venue, restaurant recommendations. Every step was delivered with a smile and a helpful attitude the enter time. My room was spacious and the kitchenette allowed me to grab a meal and take it back to my room and reheat for later! I recommend Larkspur!

The staff is exceptional. I stay here often for work and this hotel never disappoints. The rooms are great, the breakfast is wonderful. 10/10

I was invited by my company to stay at this location, I booked online using my card information.When I tried to Check-in I was told the hotel clerk and shift manager Sam, that the hotel only accepts physical card at check-in. I was not able to produce the physical card as it was only available on my Google wallet.I was then told I could call a friend to use their card, and take over the payment at checkout. Very inconvenient but fine I called up a friend and when she tried to pay the hotel's system failed to process the payment. This I wall left stranded with no way to check in to the hotel and had to find alternative lodging elsewhere at a premium.Note: payment with google-wallet/apple-pay is available on their machines, I speculate that the reason they won't accept this form of payment is solely the transaction fees.I just can't fathom a hotel that can't accept contactless payment in 2025 in California.Sam and Leticia were the most unhelpful front desk people I've ever encountered by a mile.Sam was extremely condescending and smug.

We booked our stay every Saturday from June 2024 - January 2025 for business and we were meet with a smile and the BEST VIP SERVICE from the staff at the Sunnyvale location! I highly recommend staying here! Special thanks to Sam, Wendy and Sarah!

Clean pillows, no musty smell. Comfy, homey, friendly front desk staff. Warm cookies a nice touch. Would stay there again. Shower pressure could be stronger. Complimentary breakfast could be improved. All in all a great stay.
