    Would definitely stay here again, was there 2 months for work. Rooms are nice, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast... should I go on! Big shout out to Julie, who makes the breakfast, good lady.

    This hotel is horrible.Staff, gals especially were rude.No manager available.No daily trash or towel serviceHad to put that in the hallNo phone to front deskHad to go down and ask for towels, coffee pods etc.WHO IS WRITING THESE GLOWING REVIEWS?

    I was very surprised that the rooms at the Maple tree had every amenity that I always wish for. I don't think I've ever found a hotel that has all of these in a room. Every room has a Keurig coffee maker and is well stocked with both regular and decaf coffees and a wonderful variety of teas. Every room also has a refrigerator and microwave oven, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, in-room safe, a bathrobe and even a full size umbrella! The pool and jacuzzi were very well heated so that, despite the cold winter temperature, they were being enjoyed by a number of guests up until the 10pm closing time. The hotel also has a well equipped exercise room and a laundry room for use by guests. The atmosphere throughout was very warm, welcoming and provided a sense of serene security. The lobby was lovely and contained a 24 hour fresh brewed coffee/tea bar with a variety of liquid creamers and half and half. I often anticipate having to go to a store to purchase liquid creamer when a hotel has only the powdered kind. From 6am-10am a full breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold foods and beverages is available in the very pleasant dining room. All of the front desk people and the housekeeper were kind, warm and helpful.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was frustrating enough to warrant one.Pros:Plenty of parking, which was convenient.The bed was surprisingly comfortable.But that was itCons:The room situation was far from relaxing. There were dogs in nearby rooms barking, crying, and scratching at the doors — clearly anxious and not well-managed.Being on the ground floor meant dealing with constant foot traffic and hallway noise, which didn't help with sleep.Noise also came through the adjoining door from the next room — not soundproof at all.You have to request room cleaning every day, and even when we did, it was inconsistent. Basics like coffee and toiletries were often missed.Breakfast was chaotic. The hot food didn't look appealing (the eggs looked like they came from a bag) limited choice to, and the area was so busy we couldn't even find a place to sit.WiFi was unreliable — barely worked in our room. We saw people in reception loitering and doing conference calls, likely trying to get a stronger signal near the router.Overall, it felt more like a noisy hostel than a restful hotel. Definitely not a place I’d return to or recommend.

    Wonderful Stay!

    Such a wonderful stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable rooms, very spacious and modern. The amenities are also wonderful - I used both the pool and gym and found they were fantastic. Breakfast buffet was also delicious and nice a nice addition! Would highly recommend!
