This attractive hotel enjoys an excellent location at the heart of Silicon Valley. Guests will find a fantastic shopping centre a short drive from the hotel, and a wide range of restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. San Jose airport is 1.6 km from the hotel and the Six Flags Great America theme park is just over 3 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 150 rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     They will steal your deposit amount.

    I booked two rooms (244 & 249) in this hotel on 15th May 2026 to 20th May 2026, the hotel seems fine but they will steal your deposit amount of $100 as they did from us $200 for two rooms and promised us that it will be refunded within next 3 to 5 business days but its been more then 15 days now and we haven't received anything, we called them more than 4 times and all i got are excuses that they have released the deposit blah blah, i had a booking in san Francisco as well and right after 3 hours of our check out, they refunded/released the $100 deposit and we got it credited on our bank account. So, i wanted to let everyone know that this hotel seems shady so be careful before you book.

    This property is a former La Quinta Inn, which explains the outdated structure and overall look. While Hilton added a fresh coat of paint and updated the furniture, the refurbishment—supposedly done in 2025—was poorly executed. There’s already visible mold around the shower and toilet, which is unacceptable for a recently renovated room. The room itself was very small, and the sink was oddly located outside of the bathroom. To make matters worse, we were kept up all night by our neighbors—whether it was loud talking or their TV, the noise was constant and very disturbing. Overall, this stay was disappointing and did not meet Hilton’s usual standards.     Convenient location and clean, but noisy

    As with most budget places, there are pros and cons with this motel. On the cons side, it is located just past the end of the runway, so it does get loud, although they do make an effort to reduce the noise with double-paned windows. There was the distinct scent of weed in the hallway as we approached our room (nothing against pot; I just don't think people should be smoking it in their room). It took an extraordinarily long time to get hot water in the sink. And we never received the towels we requested. On the pros side, the staff is friendly, our bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, there is plenty of parking, and breakfast is included.     I could not be more disappointed! I called the night before arriving to insure I could park our vehicle here while on vacation for 5 days. On their website it states $25 per week. When I called the night before just to make sure they had room I was told twice, $80 per week while I was disappointed I was still willing to pay as the advertise a free shuttle to the airport. Upon check in I was told by the attendant that do not allow that. The hotel is not that nice, used K-Cups and some weird measuring cup in the closet that reminds me of something from a hospital. I would not stay here! And will never stay here again. Complete false advertisement on so many levels. There is also a funky smell in our room.     Good hotel but false advertising

    Hotel is undergoing renovation but the rooms are clean and nice. I actually got fairly good sleep for it being near the airport. Unfortunately they posted pictures that are not accurate: there are no safes in the rooms and there is no cable machine in the gym.
