  The front desk employees are very unfriendly to their guests. They look at you suspiciously and unless you start the conversation they won't say hi or good morning. The hotel room is pretty old, the pictures on the website don't reflect it well. The light in the bathroom is really dim, basically you need to keep the light on in the sink area, otherwise, you can't really see well inside the bathroom. The room is pretty clean but it's not super clean. The "breakfast area" is quite small, but given that you can only get coffee and hot water, plus prepackaged danish and a few apples that clearly had seen better days, you quickly realize you better walks less than a block and you have a pretty selection of places ranging from Starbucks to McDonald's. I have to admit that I was very disappointed and I don't intend to stay at this hotel again. However, I have to admit that you don't hear any noise at night and there aren't any bugs.

  Clean room. Everything worked: hairdryer, microwave, fridge, in room coffee. The very small lobby is closed for remodeling, which appears to be done. The breakfast item, is a lunch bag with a juice, an apple and a sweet pastry. But not before 7:30am. Starbucks within a block. There is a Bagel Street Cafe in that same complex as well.   Toxic mold

  At first appearance, the lobby was closed and signage pointing to a night check in window due to local health department measures relating to covid. Although as said ridiculous guidelines were lifted a year ago and they're using the old signs as an excuse to not open the lobby for coffee or breakfast. If you want breakfast, they offer a banana through the window. Lame! Looking into the lobby, there were boxes and boxes of stuff and piles of mail on every surface as if the manager was using the lobby to hord junk. The bathroom in my room was laiden with toxic mold as they keep using flat paint to keep painting over existing mold and the smell is downright putrid. It hits you in the face as the sheetrock is saturated and unmaintained. The carpet is clean and the bed is comfortable but not worth risking your health. I hope I don't end up taking bed bugs home with me with everything else I've seen here.   I would stay here again.

  My husband was at Stanford for Surgery and there was a possibility that I would have to check out earlier or stay longer, the manager/owner was very accommodating. Room was clean and quiet and made up everyday. The toilet started leaking and the manager had it fixed and cleaned up right away. Also, there are beautiful roses that are grown and tended to by the management. I will stay there again next time.   If you’re going to Shoreline stay for a concert. Clean, tidy, does the job. Clean Motel. Easy check in and check out. Room was a little worn but the A/C worked great. Shades were dark. Fridge and microwave.
