Expensive Hotel that feels like a cheap Motel
23 Apr 2026
Terrible experience.First room offered - Shower head was clogged and barely water came outBreakfast was the same all weekSecond room offered - bedsheet were dirty (weird black and red stains all over the while bedsheet), reported it they were only able to offer me a duvet to sleep over that night while they had another room available. Third room offered - bedsheets dirty, requested to change the bedsheet and i had to stay in the room to just make sure they were actually new and clean. It has a good location, but hotel look not taken care of General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Cupertino Inn Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,We regret that your stay did not meet expectations and sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced. Rude front desk staff, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, no lotion in dispenser, no bottled water, no gym. 1 positive happy hour attendant was nice. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Cupertino Inn Hotel, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,We sincerely apologize for the level of service you experienced at the front desk, as this does not reflect the standard we strive to provide. The front desk is happy to change rooms. Safe travels.Kind regards,Claudio BonoManaging Director

STAY ELSEWHERE!
10 Mar 2026
I reserved 3 nights for my son and I in January through Hotel Planner, and the agent gave in-accurate information. We drove 8 hours to get there and the hot tub did not work; the pool was supposed to be heated, and we were told there was a fitness center. I also requested an early check-in, 2pm, and was told it would be a $40 charge, and the hotel was empty! After going to a dark and outdated room with the bedding not fitting the beds and a noisy radiator to heat the room, I began my search for a nicer hotel, and let the staff know that we are checking out after only 1 night. There was absolutely no customer service here; what a waste! It took me 2 months to get a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay! Never, ever stay here! General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Cupertino Inn Hotel, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,We sincerely apologize for the lack of information you received from the third party you booked with prior to your arrival. An early fee is standard in any hotel. While we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, please note that we could have changed rooms upon request. Lastly, we are sorry that the third-party company you booked with took longer to issue your refund; however, this was beyond our control. Safe travel.Kind regards, Claudio Bono Managing Director

Great Experience
27 Feb 2026
The experience was very good. The coffee maker in the room did not work and I did notify the front desk. Not a big deal. The overall experience was great. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral. Our experience with this hotel was one less thing to worry about.Thank you and God bless. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Cupertino Inn Hotel, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,During such an emotional time, we are truly honored that Cupertino Hotel Silicon Valley could provide a comfortable environment for you and your family. Please accept our deepest condolences on your loss, and know that our thoughts are with you. It is meaningful to hear that your stay offered reassurance and that you enjoyed the breakfast and restful accommodations. However, we regret the inconvenience with the in-room coffee maker and appreciate you bringing it to our team’s attention. We hope to welcome you again in the future under far brighter circumstances.Kind regards, Claudio Bono Managing Director

Motel not Hotel.
09 Dec 2025
The photos are as outdated as the rooms. If you arrive before the"check-in time" of 4:00 you will be asked to pay an additional $40.00 to get your room key (even though your room is ready and available.) Rooms are outdated, beds lumpier than the pillows. I would equate this to a bargain Motel - else you will be disappointed. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Cupertino Inn Hotel, responded to this review Dear Wesley, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We regret that the check-in process did not meet your expectations, yet it is the same procedure for early arrival as for any other hotel. We value your insights and hope to have the opportunity to provide a more satisfying experience in the future.Kind regards,Claudio BonoManaging Director
