We arrived to the hotel at 3:55pm Carla said the room wasn't ready yet checkin is at 4pm. Came back at 4:05 room still not ready. Room. finally ready around 4:20. Get the keys head to the room. The sink has hair in it trash under the sink the table is dirty and has a previous guest credit card on the table and the robe missing out the closet. We have been Staycationing at The Grand over 6 years now and this is the worst experience we have had. House keeping need to have a checklist to ensure they are cleaning the rooms properly. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at The Grand, responded to this review Dear Guest,We appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry for the delay and cleanliness issues you faced during your recent visit. Your comfort and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us; therefore, we regret not meeting your expectations. We have addressed your concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Everything we do is aimed at providing every guest with an excellent experience. We would like to regain your trust and hope you will give us that opportunity in the future. Grand Hotel - the best in hospitality!
18 Mar 2026
I must share my experience. I left a valuable bracelet in my room ( on the ironing board) and panicked once I realized. I called in a panic and was assured it would be ok. Long story short, Santiago made sure it was safely stored and waiting for me. There are so many things to rate a hotel… but nothing can compare to the knowledge that there is a team looking out for you and your belongings! Thank you! You are amazing Santiago! General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at The Grand, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,It is truly rewarding to know your experience reflected the level of care we strive to provide at The Grand Hotel. We completely understand how concerning it must have felt to realize a valuable item had been left behind, and we are so pleased our team was able to provide reassurance in that moment. It is especially gratifying to hear that Santiago ensured your lost item was safely secured and ready for your return. Your kind recognition means a lot to us, and we will be sure to share your appreciation with our team. We sincerely thank you for your thoughtful feedback and look forward to welcoming you again for another exceptional stay.Kind regards, Claudio Bono Managing Director
