    Booked room for BTS concert. Great location from Stanford Stadium! Nearby a lot of great foods! Brought my pet along and hotel is nearby a park so it is a great neighborhood! Loved the staff!     Pathetic hotel

    They served rotten milk. The air conditioner is louder than my homes hvac. Carpets are heavily stained. No soap in the soap dispenser.     We arrived to the hotel at 3:55pm Carla said the room wasn't ready yet checkin is at 4pm. Came back at 4:05 room still not ready. Room. finally ready around 4:20. Get the keys head to the room. The sink has hair in it trash under the sink the table is dirty and has a previous guest credit card on the table and the robe missing out the closet. We have been Staycationing at The Grand over 6 years now and this is the worst experience we have had. House keeping need to have a checklist to ensure they are cleaning the rooms properly.     Grand Hotel - the best in hospitality!

    I must share my experience. I left a valuable bracelet in my room ( on the ironing board) and panicked once I realized. I called in a panic and was assured it would be ok. Long story short, Santiago made sure it was safely stored and waiting for me. There are so many things to rate a hotel… but nothing can compare to the knowledge that there is a team looking out for you and your belongings! Thank you! You are amazing Santiago!
