  Our room was so new modern clean and pleasantly surprised when we opened the door The bathtub was amazing. Very spacious bathroom bedroom and living area and mini kitchen. Just breathtaking. Beach access was right in front of the hotel 30 second walk and you’re on the white sand another plus was the shuttle that took you toSt Armands Circle no longer than a five minute wait. It is a very short walk, however it was 90+ degrees so we opted for the shuttle. We will definitely come again.

  Went to recover after a Disney World trip and it did not disappoint. The hotel is decorated beautifully, everything is new and clean, and the location is perfectly situated across from the beach and within walking distance from St, Armand’s Circle. The hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant food is delicious with large portion sizes. I’ve stayed at many nice hotels and this one hits the mark on location, ambience, amenities and price!   Wonderful hotel

  Beautiful hotel. It is incredible the transformation of the place from the previous Holiday Inn. We only spent two nights but had a wonderful time. Rooms are very comfortable. The ambiance is very nice and quiet. Great hotel to spend some days in the beach. You have the Lido Beach just in front to the hotel and also you can go to the Lido Resort with all its amenities. We had breakfast in the restaurant both mornings. Very nice. Maybe it would be a good idea to do a fixed price buffet type breakfast. Hopefully the hotel maintains its charm and it do not becomes too rowdy with the beach crowd.   Exceeded expectations.

  This property exceeded my expectations. The remodel was amazing. I recommend the king suite. It's the size of a small apartment & worth the extra spend. The shuttle was always quick & reliable. Restaurants were a solid value for quality, taste & portions. Don't be daunted by the small road in front of hotel. It is not heavily traveled and mostly quiet. All staff were accommodating and sincerely helpful. Hotel is visually beautiful. The sister hotel Lido Key has a bigger pantry market with cold choices. Publix is a short Uber ride away if needed. Sarasota was laid back & so clean. The dreaded Resort fee actually includes some helpful stuff ( refillable bottles of water, shuttle & beach service at Lido Key). First time staying at an Opal Collection property & I'm impressed.
