    Overall great stay!

Second stay at this hotel. Great location. Close to everywhere we wanted to be. Will definitely be back. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were welcomed immediately, despite two rowdy toddlers who had just been stuck in the car for 5 hours. Room was typically what you’d expect out of a standard hotel room, but the pillows were more than I expected. I always bring my own, because hotel pillows usually don’t cut it. But these were so fantastic I could have left mine at home.Overall great stay!

    Incredible Experience

    rating02 Jun 2026

We are Diamond Elite members and our favorite IHG Hotel is Hotel Indigo. This stay may have been our best yet. This was our first time to Savannah and the location of this property is perfect. It’s within walking distance of countless restaurants and bars and just a block away from Rivers Street. Starla and Tim are an amazing team up front and hooked us up with an incredible room even though we checked in late on a Saturday. The bar and restaurant were great too along with the rest of the staff. Thanks to all! We will be staying here again. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District by IHG, responded to this review What a joy to read your review, rayjabati! Knowing that Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District, an IHG Hotel, stands out as your top choice—and that this visit was possibly your best yet—means a great deal to our entire team. We are so pleased that our location made your first trip to Savannah special, and that our team members Starla and Tim could help you settle into an incredible guest room despite your late arrival. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed both the bar and restaurant as well as the unique historic character that makes our property distinct. We strive to blend our historic charm with modern comforts for a memorable stay each time. Thank you for your loyalty as Diamond Elite members and for sharing such positive words. We can’t wait to welcome you back for another outstanding experience!
