    Remodel so what. Still a great place.

    This is a nice facility. The price is fair with amenities. There are a lot of places to shop eat and explore close by. The staff is professional and friendly. To make things better rooms are being updated and remodeled. Even with the construction it was a nice place to stay

    I was bumped up to diamond level as result of staying over 3 weeks in a different Best Western hotel in Everett Wa. I have been dealing with eviction court removing squatters from my home. After spending every dollar I have to my name staying in hotels and Air B&B's I have to still wait another 3 weeks before next court date leaving me w/out a home or money for any type of lodging. I was happy to get the email regarding my earned gift cards knowing I was going to get to shower in a nice warm safe room that night! Ijumped onto the Best Westen app booking my room thinking I was good to go! I thought wrong that was NOT THE CASE!! After booking room I read $6.16 remaining balance will need be paid when I check in. The desk clerk informed me that I was incorrect but needed to pay the entire night cost along with damage deposit upfront . When I check out in the am my gift cards will cover the cost and I will be refunded. Not a problem I can trust my refund will be in my account following check out. I then handed the clerk my same payment method (my apple pay credit card) I had used to pay for the previous 24 nights id just stayed. For ? reason I still do not undertand was informed will NOT be sufficent. ?? ok, thinking I have the cash told another NO they can not accept cash, I offered to use my Visa Cash App credit card AGAIN NO this is not a acceptable manner of payment either. I am out of optionstell clerk I will go sleep in my car. Finally, offering a possible solutiuon by suggesting Igo find my banking cash machine deposit the needed funds into my Bank America account then I should not have any more issues. OFF I Go.... Another 30 minutes later I try to pay but AGAIN there is issues processing payment using my bank america card connected to my google wallet. The clerk was not helpful at all trying to plug in the account numbers. Yet I somehow was able to plug in the account info and get everything paid FINALLY accepted ! Exhausted to say the least. I spent no joke almost 2 hours trying to get into a room I was gifted. Taking over 2.5 hrs to be checked in at Midnight.     Excuses instead of proper accountability.

    I will never stay at this property again due to serious cleanliness issues and the way management and corporate handled the situation afterward.During my stay, I encountered questionable stains on the box spring cover and visible black mold on the curtains and around the window. I raised these concerns with the front desk and was met with excuses rather than immediate action. I was forced to move rooms twice before anything meaningful was done.Eventually, after pushing repeatedly, the hotel agreed to clean and replace the curtains. The engineer on staff was the only person who seemed to truly understand the severity of the issue — he even took photos himself and replaced the curtains with clean ones. At the time, the General Manager also appeared understanding, and due to the multiple cleanliness problems, the hotel comped my stay, which I felt was fair.However, after I had already left and flown back home to another state, the hotel charged me for two additional nights that I did not stay. I attempted for months to resolve this directly with the property. My calls and emails were ignored — not only by the hotel, but also by corporate.I ultimately had to dispute the charges through my credit card company. The process started in early December and I was not refunded until February — and that refund came only because of the credit card dispute, not because the hotel or corporate took responsibility. I never received an apology from management or corporate.Between the black mold, poor cleanliness, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for the guest once you leave, I cannot recommend this property. The staff may act concerned in the moment, but follow-through and accountability are clearly lacking. Despite challenging interactions, our team remained focused on resolving the situation and providing service to the best of their ability.We regret that you left feeling dissatisfied, as this is never our goal.
