    McKenzie was so helpful. I was not in the best head space lost my room keys 5 seconds after she handed them to me. Then I forgot our room number. We were in town to pay our last respects to family members on hospice. The breakfast was all good. Lots of prepackaged items. Hot food was egg rounds which looked dry and turkey sausage links was ok. I liked the lemon packaged for my hot water. The mini fridge door lopsided the seal did not line upand we woke up with ice built up. Which no problem for us we just used our drinks. It will eventually fail from overworking. The pool filled up with kids fast and the jets did not work in the hot tub. It was affordable because we used our free night. We may be back in a few weeks for the funeral.

    I tried to book a stay in this hotel mostly because I had stayed 5 days before and now on January 31 2026 I am trying to book a room and the price changed from $96.00 a night to $130.00. I tried to talk to a manager that must not exist because according to the counter person they don't have one. So I called reservations and was told they could not do anything and I would have to talk to thew hotel. I tried that again and got nowhere. So I called the corporate office and they said they could help me make reservation. At the start of the conversation the price had raised to $140.00 a night.By the time we got to to the end of the reservation the price was $149.00. I had to refuse this offer. just after hanging up the price had gone to $159.00 a night. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR MEMBERS!!! Mind you all of this was done in less than 45 minutes I will not give them any stars. I am a regular customer for over 20 years in places all over the states, this is the worst bull pucky I have ever felt with from a hotel and chain. How about that, I have to give them 1 star to leave a review. Stay tuned for more in the future, I'm not done with this. I can't speak to what was told to you by the corporate reservation office. I can say that at no point this year have we had a rate of$96 per night at our hotel. The rate of $130 that was quoted to you would have been the correct rate. I understand if you didn't want to book that price.     Hope you get a nice room some times you do sometimes you don’t. We always use best western and they give you a good room and than the next stay you’re in a loud ugly room

    We booked this hotel as it was close to the event we were attending and it had a hot tub and pool we wanted to use. The rate was very high compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The pool was too cold to go in and the hot tub was so hot, you couldn't stay in it and it was dirty, lots of hair and stuff floating around. Some of us complained about the pool and hot tub being unusable, but it was the exact same the next night. The shower in the pool area was out of soap. Both the pool and the hot tub are very small and can only hold a few people at once. The shower and toilet in the room was crammed into a tiny room with no room to move around. Exercise room closed at 10pm, whereas most hotels are 24/7. Breakfast hot food was okay, but nothing great. The hotel was no where near worth the price charged per night. I've paid much less for much nicer hotels. $600 (including taxes) for 2 night stay is ridiculous for what you get.

    Very Disappointed with my room.2 20 inch suitcases, One for me and one for my wife, filled the room to the point it was difficult to move around. Walk into the bathroom and unless you folded the shower curtin back you ran into it getting to the toilet.
