    BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING

    BEWARE-Overcharged for room DAYS AFTER checkout! Not only did they wipe out my $400 in gift cards for $369 but but the also charged my credit card additional charges with no explanation. I spent days trying to get a resonse from the billing department via email, left multiple messages as well as esponded to their text messages with ZERO returned calls. I already contacted my credit card company for the charge 2 days after check-out so I guess I will have to do the same for the purchase of the gift card I did not get full credit for. Its really unfortunate because the location is FANTASTIC, staff at the time of stay were very helpful and kind, room was fine, city view was wonderful and bed was comfortable. The lobby is under renovation, very dusty and noisy but I could overlook that. If you book here, be sure you check your bill for overcharges!

    The location! Parking option ! Walking distance to the Farmers Market, Access to sky train to Seattle Space Needle. Hotel staff, Front desk, Dinning room, breakfast Option! Clean ! Welcoming! So much to do!

    We are here at the moment,renovations are on going in reception area,lots of dust and noise in the reception and dining area,lifts out of order,bedrooms lovely,not a good experience at present

    We arrived early for our 3 day stay and just expected to drop our bags and return later how very happy we were with reception to place us in a room straight away - room was spacious clean and bed so so comfortable - after a day sightseeing we returned to check if there was a microwave available in the lobby only to be advised that one would be brought to our room - all interaction with the staff members has been great the location is very good and while the hotel is having major renovations it is very quiet highly recommend this hotel
