    Very bad experience! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

    We arrived late at night. Had 2 rooms w/ Orbitz. Only stayed long enough to find another hotel. Had to pay a $100 damage deposit which I have never had to do. They claim to have refunded the deposit? Nothing yet. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have been all over the world! The room and hall reeked of pot smell. Could not wait to get out. Don’t take my word for this place - look at reviews on YELP, Trip advisor and Expedia

    Great hotel, sketchy area across street

    Our family was initially booked across the street at the Ramada Wyndham Kent, but immediately left because it was scary and filthy and they assigned us an occupied room and we walked in on some sketchy tenants. It was late, my kids were tired, so we stayed close and went across street to Comfort Inn; WORLD of difference!! It was modern, well lit, sparkling clean, with smiling staff. Our room was comfortable and the hot buffet breakfast included with stay was fresh and tasty. Excellent establishment! It was unfortunately close to the crime-ridden area of the Ramada, but Comfort Inn felt safe once inside.

    I needed a room with a walk in shower and the hotel was over booked so they upgraded me to a suite with plenty of room. Great breakfast with a good many selections. The coffee was good and the room and cafe were clean

    Beware if you use for parking + hotel

    The room it itself was fine. The place had been renovated and there was fine breakfast. My review is mainly concerning the shuttle. However we chose this hotel for the park send fly. If you have to be at the airport by 7am (flights before 8:30am) or you land any time after 9:45pm you must Uber or take a taxi!! We landed on time but had to wait on the plane because of a medical emergency. Their shuttle is NOT 24 hours and you will be looking at a $25-35 ride EACH WAY. They should have someone there that can shuttle customers forEarly and late flights (you should know that’s when the airport is the most crowded because it’s the most flights!) Any money way *may* have stayed parking in a lot at the airport was gone due to having such high transportation costs to and from the airport. Ajax is about $8 a day and 24hr shuttle. We will do that next time and just drive in the day of the flight. We almost paid that in Uber alone.

    We needed a room to stay in after a late night of Holiday Festivities. We stopped at the Comfort Inn without a reservation not expecting much and we were pleasantly surprised! Newly remodeled facility, tastefully done, clean, great affordable rate, nice bedding and breakfast the next morning! Well done Kent Comfort Inn!
