    Horrible front desk crew. You can barely understand the female attendants. Really weird booking fees and no interesting attractions near and only a Subway and over priced Taco Del Mar. Don’t stay here.

    Wost possible experience starting a vacation week. We booked 2 rooms (Aug 22, 2025) for one night only, called for extra bedding as well as indicated that we were coming later in the night due to flight delays.It was an 8+ hours of flight from Canada and instead of having smooth and perfect customer service or hospitality, hotel management made every attempt to make it stressful and traumatic for my family with seniors and kids from pickup to the hotel and then reaching to the hotel at 12:00 am to realize they have cancelled our rooms without any prior notice or options.My family was tired and stranded miles away from home and in middle of the night. Hotel actually sold out my reserved accommodations to incoming guests due to high demand and more money. This is a big Scam run by PaulThen quickly it became an hostile environment as manager (Paul) and staff decided to stop helping at all. About 2:00 am we left the hotel to go back to airport and find accommodation.I want resolution and compensation by hotel management for this mental trauma.Sharing pics of the staff members we were dealing with, while manager was rude and completely in denial to meet or talk to us as if he was doing us a favor.If not heard back as soon as possible by Aug 25, via email @ vedant.k.patel@gmail.com.I have videos to show how badly we were handled by hotel management also with the fact that front desk agreed that it was a big mistake by hotel manager to cancel our rooms for greed of more money. These videos will be shared with the corporate as well as social media handles as an escalation.

    My husband and I stayed here because it was near the airport and my husband had business nearby. This hotel got our stay as opposed to other nearby hotels because they had a free airport shuttle, complementary breakfast, and an indoor pool, as well as overall good reviews. All of the staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice, and the pool was beautiful. The included breakfast had a pretty good variety (oatmeal, fruit, waffle makers, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cooked veggies, yogurt, various bread items, etc.) and was decent. Although there were a couple of hiccups (the elevator's programming was off so a desk person had to take one up in it and my key card didn't work at first), they were dealt with as well as possible under the circumstances. I would absolutely stay here again.

    Happy with our stay at the Comfort Inn. Good location for Southcenter shops, Seatac airport and the I5 to get to downtown Seattle or elsewhere.Our room was spacious, clean and the bedroom at least looked modern. They are doing room renovations and I think the bathrooms maybe are getting done later - they are ok anyway.Nice big room for taking breakfast in and the food choices were excellent. I appreciate that coffee was available throughout the day when needed.Lots of parking on site and at no cost which is a huge plus.We didn't use the indoor pool but it seemed popular with families with younger kids.Overall I'd recommend this place if you don't need to be in downtown Seattle and want a good place to stay that is well located.

    We stayed here with our friends, 2 rooms one night. We had awesome experience. Room was clean, spacious, in room amenities were more than expected. Enjoyed in their pool and hot tub. Breakfast had lots of variety to enjoy. We will be back. Thank you Comfort Suite.
