    Rude Front Desk Experience

    Hi, I am compelled to write a review. My husband and I travel a lot. I have never called a Hotel front Desk to ask for a blanket and was told “you’ll have to come downstairs and get it yourself “. When I got Downstairs to the front desk, I was ignored and made to stand there until she decided to look up from her computer. It was very clear that I was bothering her. .., completely rude treatment. When did paying customers have to wait until someone “ decides “ to help them? Very poor !

    Friendly staff. Alicia was very helpful, going above and beyond what she would have needed to!! Thanks Alicia!! Good location in relation to the airport. Our son flew out in the morning so wanted to be near the airport. They have a free shuttle to the airport every thirty min. You just have to book it. We called the hotel after we were done at the airport and they came and picked us up. Worked very well!! We stayed on the newer side of the hotel in the premium standard room, which was nice!! Good breakfast options and a massive breakfast room!!! Definitely would stay here again!

    We'll maintained hotel not far from SeaTac, with a few shuttle. Small indoor pool, great complimentary hot breakfast included. Staff was outstanding. Definitely stay again if I'm ever in Seattle.
