    Another GREAT stay at Everett’s Courtyard Marriott! This Courtyard offers all the conveniences needed: comfortable rooms outfitted with Keurig coffee, microwave and minifridge—downtown location with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, secure parking, pool & hot tub, laundry. The friendly and helpful staff is top-notch! Special thanks to Ennis for helping to make our check in nice and easy!

    Comfortable, centrally located stay in Everett--perfect for a concert weekend

    I stayed one night here while visiting Everett for a concert, and it was a very good experience all around. I picked this hotel primarily because of its location, which was within walking distance of the Apex Everett center, where the concert was. I didn't venture out of the hotel otherwise, but it seemed that there were ample bars and restaurants within walking distance that were very convenient to the hotel.My room was a Guest room, 1 King, and it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I especially loved the couch by the window, which was a comfy place to chill and watch the television--which had YouTube and Netflix connectivity. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Aside from a somewhat noisy air conditioning unit, the room was completely comfortable, and I rested well.I ate dinner at the first floor bistro, and while it was not the fanciest place, I enjoyed the flatbread pizza I ordered. My experience was so positive, that I went back down in the morning to grab a breakfast sandwich, which came with a surprisingly good cup of fresh fruit, to enjoy back in my room. The service was friendly and quick, and it was nice to be able to take care of meals without leaving the hotel.My stay was short, but based on this experience I would definitely consider this hotel again if I find myself in Everett again.

    The hotel was nicely maintained and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Shout out to Ghandi at the front desk for all of his help! The beds were comfortable and not overly firm. Loved the fireplace in the courtyard. Nice location to have drinks in the evening. Only request would be to have a coffee pot available in the lobby during mornings for a quick grab and go option.

    I really hate to leave a negative review because this place isn’t terrible, but after just a week here, they’ve earned a one-star rating—and they worked hard for it.My first room had no hot water, and I had to go down to the front desk multiple times before they finally sent maintenance. Even then, they insisted the water was hot when it clearly wasn’t, forcing me to switch rooms.My second transfer was due to a loud buzzing noise behind the wall that I couldn’t turn off. This happened late at night, and while the front desk staff moved me again, all I wanted was a quiet room to sleep in. Instead, I had to sit in my pajamas for hours, waiting for housekeeping to let me back into my old room to retrieve my belongings.On top of that, communication with the front desk is frustrating. You have to call multiple times to get anything done, and they always seem rushed to hang up the phone.Overall, the experience has been more hassle than it’s worth.

    Nick the bartender was amazing! Really nice and attentive bartender! Awesome to talk to and very helpful with the menu. Great service all the way around. Amazing choice of selections for drinks and Nick can make some excellent recommendations for you!
