  Awful motel DO NOT STAY HERE. 20 or so Mattresses piled high in the outside common area have been there so many years they are beginning to grow. Mattresses in my room evidently not part of the pile because it was at least 20 years old. So smelly I couldn’t sleep. Pulled linens back and saw how bad it was. Room smelled. Carpet’s disgusting. They replaced the frig and left a gaping hole with filth left where the frig was. Another frig was put under the hangers. Stunk bad yuk! Bathroom wasn’t clean. Cobwebs! Filthy! Disappointed in Wyndham Hotels big time!

  Staff is always available 24/7. I usually check in during late after hours, and lo and behold, there’s a staff behind the counter that is not only friendly, but very good at his job. You never have to sit around and wait to get your room. You will be checked in immediately without any delays. Why? Because it doesn’t matter what time it is or if you only have cash. They will accommodate any hours and will accept cash, debit, or credit cards. Don’t have enough money in your card for deposit? Don’t worry, they will accept cash deposit. Overall this hotel is hassle free and comforting. I highly recommend this place and in my opinion is my #1 go-to hotel in Auburn. Food, bank, gas, and shopping is all walking distance. Even the weed shop! The only con is the noise from the airplanes.

  Fat disrespectful indian girl. Refused to give me clean towels and rags after I been here a week. When I came my room was paid online she told me it wasn’t so I had to wait a hour for her to tell me it wasn’t paid. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay there. It’s a trashy place trashy people run it and disrespect you.

  Unsafe and Unsanitary Stay – Completely Misrepresented Online

  I stayed at this hotel on November 4th, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading — the lobby was in disarray with torn wallpaper, exposed bolts, and an overall neglected appearance.The first room we were given had garbage on the floor, trash tucked against the furniture, and a strong odor. When we checked the beds, we found large urine stains and what appeared to be blood stains on the mattresses. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for anyone to appear at the front desk, we were moved to another room that was just as bad — dirty, with a broken hair dryer glued together and a coffee pot that shorted out when plugged in.The hot tub area was unusable, filled with discarded mattresses and box springs, and there were blood drops down the hallway. The hotel also appeared to have long-term residents and suspicious activity at night, which made it feel unsafe.We were promised a refund due to the conditions, but only received a small portion back. The entire experience was unacceptable — unsafe, unsanitary, and not at all as advertised. I would strongly advise avoiding this property until it undergoes a complete renovation and management change.
