We got there and I was not feeling that great about it, just moving my car from check in to the room I saw 2 prostitutes and a ton of men, the room was dirty. We left to get dinner and I came back and the front desk person wasn't there and had the door locked, I'm sure he was just doing something in back but when he let me in I told him that my kids and I cannot stay there because I did not feel safe at all and wanted to get a refund but the manager wasn't there and there wasn't anything he can do. He told me to call in the morning but we were out of town and just got back to town and haven't had time to call during her work hours but i will call on Friday my day off.

We had a lovely stay. I wasn't completely happy with our first room and all I had to do was talk to the lady at the front desk and she I found a room for me that I was so comfortable in. She did this without hesitation and we are so grateful because they made our stay just amazing thank you General Manager, General Manager at Days Inn by Wyndham Federal Way, responded to this review We appreciate your feedback. Old facility but clean and comfortable. The shower and bed were great. It also had a nice tv and we liked that the unit had a microwave and refrigerator. The doors remained locked even after three key changes. Even with the manager's master key, they still wouldn't open. We had to use a knife to pry off the small cap, and then the master key was able to get us inside. This all happened at midnight, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everyone having various conversations.

The room was gross, after going through the check in and not having a good experience, get to the room, door is grimy, furniture is damaged, bath faucet was coming off the wall, floor was dirty. There was also no hot breakfast as advertised. I would not recommend this location. $150 hold for incidentals, before even getting to the room and seeing that it’s already damaged. What the heck? I stayed overnight on a road trip, so didn’t complain to person in the office, did self check out and left first thing in the morning.
