  The islander women that work in the day time in the office are so nice and the rooms are nice. This is my home away from home.

  Safety Concerns and Poor Room Conditions — Left Immediately; Refund Pending

  Upon entering the bathroom we immediately noticed a false eyelash stuck to the wall, indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. (Photo attached.)The parking lot had several people loitering who did not appear to be guests, and there was visible activity consistent with someone booking a room for non-lodging purposes. This made us uncomfortable leaving our vehicle on the property.The framing surrounding the interior lock appeared damaged, indicating evidence of a prior forced entry.We were required to pay a $100 deposit while also signing paperwork that releases the property from liability for damages—which heightened our concern given the conditions observed.Because of the above, we did not stay. We returned the keys and left immediately. We were refunded the $100 deposit, but were told that only the manager has authorization to refund the $158 room charge. Refund pending.

  Don't stay here!!! It was filthy! There was pubic hair on the toilet and tub. The remote did not work! My sister got bug bites from her room!

  I don’t even know where to start with this place. I don’t know who owns this place but I would’ve loved to talk to them because I genuinely don’t think they know what some of this looks like. I know though I’m sure they expect better than this. The positive reviews about this hotel are fake because there’s no way half of what they are saying is true. Mind you I don’t write reviews for places but I had to for this one. The pictures are misleading for this hotel. More than Half of them are not up to date. Pictures look like they were from back before the place fell down to where it is now. And or a completely different hotel entirely. Can hardly see over the front counter it’s almost 5 feet tall. Desk lady was very nice and lobby seemed decent.My room- I genuinely don’t think this room was cleaned before I got there. Room 131. Last floor left on the bottom floor and I have two bad knees so the top floor wasn’t an option for me and they do not have an elevator. I’m two doors down from house keeping in that room. Can’t go else here because of the event at the dome and other areas surrounding. I’m so glad I didn’t have a black light for this place.Walk in the door- linoleum floors- no floor mat to wipe your feet. It’s WA it’s wet 90% of the time. Air is musty almost moldy.I didn’t notice till towards the end of my stay that the detector in the room HAS A PLASTIC BAG TIED OVER IT. Of course I’m short and can not take it off since it’s again it’s TIED on there. Which is a MAJOR HAZARD. This was a business trip with about 15,000 plus other business owners in the area. I was gonna be there only a total of maybe 10 hours over the course of 48hours so thank god nothing bad happened. The light switch by the door hasn’t been wiped down in for knows how long- visibly dirty.Windows? Dirty- gunk all up in tracks and window sillRemnants of what used to be a long vertical mirror on the wall- hardware and sticky styrofoam/bondo still on the wallThe floor is sticky. Don’t know what they are using to clean them but it’s NOT working. My socks were black when I took my clothes off to shower later and mind you I walked in the floor only for about 10 minutes Fridge? Visibly dirty where your hands go to grab it. Tv remote? Clearly dirty. Sticky only because of the plastic/rubber it’s made out of though since it’s an older remote- but aside from that still visibly dirty. No visible filth on cabinet or desk. DEAR GOD that rolling pleather desk chair was DISGUSTING. I have no idea what was all over it but took me multiple disinfectant wipes to clean it. And I didn’t even bother with the legs..Bed lamps? Visibly dirty The phone looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in ages. Both light switches and plugs for the bathroom and all over the room sections visibly dirty with gunk.Coffee maker with no sugar substitutes and in fact no sugar substitutes in the whole place- not even breakfast nook. Toilet paper holder looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in a while. The door for the bathroom clearly hasn’t been wiped down in who knows how long since there’s all kinds of strange substances on it. The shower curtain is cloth- and clearly hasn’t been washed in a long time. The shower itself was dirty with dark spots looking as though it was attempted to be cleaned- plenty of hair was there before I got there belonging to the tops and bottom parts of the human body. The bath mat in the tub shredded/broken at the end with all kinds of gunk underneath it. The bar in the shower isn’t glued in so it just comes right out and also dirty. The shower head filthy. All the towels are already stained and or dirty. I got stained and or dirty towels when I got some in my second day too!The air conditioner/ heater CLEARLY hasn’t been cleaned or even dusted in ages. Even the walls themselves are dirty. I think the only clean thing in the room was the inside of the microwave MAYBE. I didn’t stick my head in to look at the top inside.Leave the room from here and I needed a spoon and some sugar substitutes so I went to the front desk. No one is there. For almost 15 minutes. So I go to the breakfast nook area. Pretty filthy looking there too. I start looking through cabinets and drawers. All of which are filthy inside I went through ALL of the customer accessible cabinets and drawers thinking they put them down when not in use and no substitutes or plastic wear. Breakfast was a scam and falsely advertised Pasties and granola bars, coffee and juice. I planned my whole trip around a semi decent breakfast at the hotel. Being a type 1 diabetic this really messed things up for the mornings I was there since I couldn’t eat basically anything there and couldn’t even have my coffee since I don’t drink black coffee and use very little cream, sugar subs for me are needed. Desk person comes back and gives me a spoon and fork from her personal locker thank goodness what an angel she was. Debbie I think her name was. Staff was only good thing here. Go back to my room and it took me and hour to disinfect and sanitize everything before I could even eat and unpack. I don’t even want to know the possibility of what I may have slept in those nights I forgot my personal blanket sadly but I at least brought my own pillow case. I couldn’t get a refund from the property itself since management wasn’t there and they require that I email them rather than a conversation in person. Based on the reviews every time someone has tried to email them there has also been no resolution. Since I booked third party generally you have to start there anyways I had friends staying 8 minutes down the road in the comfort inn. I really wish I’d have paid the extra 50$. This Days inn was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a place and my terrible Vegas stay at a motel was barely better than this.I’m looking for a refund in the entirety of my stay based on safety laws being broken, a completely unsanitary environment, and false advertisement. If I don’t get my refund garuntee a law suit for not just health code violations but for safety violations. I have already requested a refund from the booking company. And if I don’t get the deposit back from this place you can bet you’ll see this review on every possible site and I’ll get my lawyer involved since I have video and picture evidence. I’d give no stars if I could. Place to sleep and roof over my head I was grateful. But I’m so disgusted still just thinking about this place I feel dirty.

  Came here for a little birthday get away. The floor was really dirty, the toilet seat was broken and needs to be replaced , no toilet paper , & the chair was broken. The only thing i can say good about the room is the internet works good and the bed was semi comfy.
