    good points: cheap! Comfortable, if small, bed. Plenty of hot water. Clean rooms.Bad points: this hotel is not in a good area and there is nothing much within walking distance or even a short drive.The ‘free breakfast’ consisted of mediocre coffee, hot pockets or ancient packaged sweet pastries, and either small bottles of apple juice or Sunny D…, ughStaff were variable. Cleaning and checking staff were ok, but with the night staff I saw a safety violation so serious that I nearly called the emergency services, and I’ll be discussing that with the hotel privately

    Before the taxi driver arrived he asked "why are you all staying in this area". When we arrived we realized that we should not be staying. We ordered our meal door dash from McDonalds because we did not feel safe going outside. Prostitutes and homeless were around hotel, loud cars drove by all night, bed sheets had blood stains on them, We only took the items in packages from free buffet breakfast.

    Please do not stay here. It is a mess with no lobby to wait in, elevator broken, ants in room, screeching sound when you try to shower, noise all night with homeless and police. Unless you need some excitement in your life. Find another hotel.

    This is a no cancellation no refund hotel. While making reservation, an insurance popped up which would allow refund if reservation had to be canceled. The hotel receptionist alsoendorsed. Had to cancel. The insurance was like a scam! We attempted to meet the refund criteria however could not.

    After comparing prices with other accommodations, I found this one to be reasonably priced for what it offers. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transit, making it simple to reach downtown. Initially, I was concerned about the area being a bit sketchy, but it turned out to be fine. There were fewer people struggling with addiction on the streets compared to downtown.
