  Turned away from a booking I made weeks in advance.

  Booked a reservation 3 weeks prior to my trip to Washington to attend the funeral of a close family member. Myself and 3 other family members carpooled for the 15 hour drive from our homes in California, and was turned away from this hotel being told they had no vacancy regardless of the reservation. The staff member Steve was very kind and called the "Manager" Phillip Kim who he described as the owner's son and handed me the phone to speak with him. To say that the conversation was horrible would be an understatement. He was rude and condescending, took no ownership for the situation and ultimately hung up the phone while I was speaking.Book here at your own risk, If you like rude condescending interactions, to be left out in the cold while your payment sits in their accounts, and to spend additional time calling your booking agent/company to request a refund, this is the place for you.

  Unsafe, not clean and some rooms being used for sex industry work

  This hotel was awful. We got to our room to find it smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke so asked to change rooms. They gave us the room below that one on the first floor. They subsequently rented that room out to a sex trade worker who had clients attend all night. I complained multiple times to no avail and it was too late to go elsewhere. There were super sketchy folks drinking and smoking outside our room. It didn’t feel safe. Bathroom was dirty and there was mold and hair in the shower. It was disgusting! Please don’t stay here!!

  When we first walked into the room it had a smolding oder we opeded up the window to air it out. we then pulled back the sheets and found pubic hair on them so we asked for clean sheet. This hotel is pet friendly and they claim the smell and because we used 2 of the towels and left them outside our door and housekeeping would get them at 11:00 am and that they were not able to reuse towels and they had to air out room and they saw paw prints on sheets which was untrue seeing that my dog weighs 100 pounds and can't jump on the bed. The area that the dog peed on was cleaned up and they said they had to disinfect the whole room (Don't they disinfect the room anyway) after each person that rents the room. After that they said I would not be getting my deposit back.

  Room smelled like cigarettes and sex. Condom wrapper by the bed confirmed suspicion. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and professional so I expected the rest of the stay to be better. I don't understand how the rating is so high for this place.🤷

  This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at my whole life. Not only did I have to pay a 200 deposit because (as the woman told me at the front desk) they didn’t want anyone smoking in that room but the whole room smelled like ferbreeze and cigarette butts so bad I felt sick. When I took a shower and stepped out I noticed that the linoleum floor was SQUISHY and after that the whole place smelled like mold and cigarette butts. To top it off the upstairs neighbors were pacing and moving furniture literally all night and I wish I was kidding. Don’t stay here. It was so awful I literally want to cry. I am between places right now and would rather sleep in my car than that place.
