Good if you don’t want to be in the busy downtown area

The reason I liked this hotel is because it was not in the middle of the downtown area and the parking was easy. I was very surprised to be charged for parking. But, I still preferred it to some of the other hotels in downtown Bellevue. This hotel is in a quiet business park area.The front desk staff was not amazing. They didn’t tell me about any of the amenities, breakfast, happy hour, the gym… nothing. They just handed me my keys and some water. Very minimal effort. Not even welcoming or friendly.The room was fine. There were several hairs in the shower. But overall, it was OK. I gave three stars for the location and ease of parking. Room 519, one night.Booked 516 on the app, it wasn't ready by 430pm, was offered 519.The good:Quiet, clean, updated rooms, breakfast was one of the better buffet breakfasts I've had outside of regular Hiltons. Pool was great, staff was very good and helpful.The bad: Hole in the bathroom door not appealing. Evening reception felt like a cheap free add-on, chips, free pop from machine, no one monitors the people grabbing food with hands instead of utensils provided... good luck with getting sick from that alone. There was a convention during our check in, no diamond labeled parking and VIP spots all taken. Overall, surprised by the general feel of the hotel and would stay again. Lodging Meets Low Expectations

Arguably a good deal for what you spend: two free drinks and some mediocre snacks in the evening during the so called manager’s reception. No manager, no reception. Chips and salsa, celery and ranch dressing, snack mix. In the morning, reconstituted dehydrated scrambled eggs, frozen potatoes and lukewarm sausage links with cereal, yogurt and benign coffee. But this establishment is firmly in the budget category: sterile, bland and located in an office park area near Interstate 90. It is almost definitionally mediocre. Stay here on a tight budget and enjoy the free drinks and included breakfast as long as you understand that this will be strictly a middling experience. The check-in process was easy and the staff was great. The hotel is clean and inviting. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a manager reception each night with complementary snacks and drinks. The morning breakfast buffet was quite large. The neighborhood seems safe for walking. The parking lot is adequate, and I felt comfortable parking there.
