Good if you don’t want to be in the busy downtown area
09 Jun 2026
The reason I liked this hotel is because it was not in the middle of the downtown area and the parking was easy. I was very surprised to be charged for parking. But, I still preferred it to some of the other hotels in downtown Bellevue. This hotel is in a quiet business park area. The front desk staff was not amazing. They didn’t tell me about any of the amenities, breakfast, happy hour, the gym… nothing. They just handed me my keys and some water. Very minimal effort. Not even welcoming or friendly. The room was fine. There were several hairs in the shower. But overall, it was OK. I gave three stars for the location and ease of parking. General Manager, Agency / Consultant at Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your experience, Amychav. We are glad to know our location and convenient parking stood out, especially as an alternative to staying in busy downtown Bellevue. We are sorry the overall service experience at the front desk did not meet your expectations. Our Guest Relations team always aims to create a more welcoming and informative arrival, and we appreciate you highlighting this as an area we should improve. We are also sorry about the cleanliness concern you noticed in your room. Our housekeeping team will use your feedback to review our procedures.Thank you again for letting us know about your visit. Your comments give us important insight.

Very good
25 May 2026
Room 519, one night.Booked 516 on the app, it wasn't ready by 430pm, was offered 519.The good:Quiet, clean, updated rooms, breakfast was one of the better buffet breakfasts I've had outside of regular Hiltons. Pool was great, staff was very good and helpful. The bad: Hole in the bathroom door not appealing. Evening reception felt like a cheap free add-on, chips, free pop from machine, no one monitors the people grabbing food with hands instead of utensils provided... good luck with getting sick from that alone. There was a convention during our check in, no diamond labeled parking and VIP spots all taken. Overall, surprised by the general feel of the hotel and would stay again. General Manager, Agency / Consultant at Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue, responded to this review Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback about your experience, Hawagz. We are glad you found your guest room comfortable and quiet, and it is wonderful to know that you enjoyed breakfast and the pool during your visit to Embassy Suites Seattle Bellevue. Your comments about the evening reception and the condition you noticed in your bathroom are appreciated, and we will make sure our housekeeping and food & beverage teams review these areas more closely. We are pleased to hear you would consider staying with us again, and we hope your next visit will be even more enjoyable.

Lodging Meets Low Expectations
01 May 2026
Arguably a good deal for what you spend: two free drinks and some mediocre snacks in the evening during the so called manager’s reception. No manager, no reception. Chips and salsa, celery and ranch dressing, snack mix. In the morning, reconstituted dehydrated scrambled eggs, frozen potatoes and lukewarm sausage links with cereal, yogurt and benign coffee. But this establishment is firmly in the budget category: sterile, bland and located in an office park area near Interstate 90. It is almost definitionally mediocre. Stay here on a tight budget and enjoy the free drinks and included breakfast as long as you understand that this will be strictly a middling experience. General Manager, Agency / Consultant at Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions, Guide52836339199. We see that your experience with our amenities and atmosphere left you feeling underwhelmed and that the overall environment of your guest room, as well as the location, did not provide the energy or comfort you hoped for. Your comments about the food and drinks offered have been shared with our food and beverage team for review. We understand that value plays a large role when choosing accommodations, and we appreciate the opportunity to learn from your perspective.

Clean, comfortable and great Staff
13 Feb 2026
The check-in process was easy and the staff was great. The hotel is clean and inviting. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a manager reception each night with complementary snacks and drinks. The morning breakfast buffet was quite large. The neighborhood seems safe for walking. The parking lot is adequate, and I felt comfortable parking there. General Manager, Agency / Consultant at Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue, responded to this review Thank you, Sallyjod, for your wonderful feedback. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness, and warm welcome from our team at Embassy Suites Seattle Bellevue. It’s great to know you appreciated the evening reception, breakfast, and convenient parking as well. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!
