Stayed there in February. Our daughters wanted to swim. Hotel was ok nothing special and decent price compared to others. An employee Jack that works there had came to our room to check our phone then everywhere we went it seemed he was there hard gawking at our daughters. They are underage! Be professional or at least wear a disguise or sunglasses. So obvious! This is by far the best place to stay, from friendly staff, the location and hotel itself. We have stayed many years in a row and always had an amazing experience. This is my go to hotel for anything in Seattle and especially baseball games. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. Lovely hotel with Excellent service

It has been a long time since I have encountered a hotel run as well as this one. I stayed 4 nights and the staff went above and beyond my expectations: when I lost a single airpod, the manager walked with me to the conference rooms where I retraced my steps from the day before and found the airpod tucked in the corner on the floor; when I visited the gym, an employee helped me with two requests, going the extra mile, cleaning staff were efficient and friendly, stocking extra coffee, and leaving the room spotless upon my return. So many affordable hotels have cut staffing and feel cheap. This hotel is not only modern, well appointed, a block from public transport (the metro and train station), in a great location next to the ballparks and close to the pier, but it feels brand new, is clean, well appointed, has the best (fresh) buffet breakfast, and friendliest staff. I give it 5 stars without hesitation and look forward to my return.
