  Everything is just awesome!There's just one thing that is needed from the cleaning staff and once that is addressed, it's a really nice place to stay. They negotiated with me since I was staying for more than 9 months or so.Great crew overall!   Great location for a business trip or family vacation. Quiet, Clean and secure. Friendly front desk staff and great housekeeping. Hotel in located next to Microsoft and has Manny restaurants and walking trails. Is located a short distance from the new Link light rail station so getting to the airport is easy.

  I have traveled the country on business and stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels. This location (Seattle - Bellevue - Redmond) is the best thus far. It is conveniently close to everything, the stay-longer rate is a good value, and the location is ideal.The hotel is in a leafy area on a quiet side street and is set back from the main road (across the street from Microsoft). Trader Joe's and Walgreens are within walking distance. I haven't noticed any noise or disturbances in or around my room or in the parking lot. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the General Manager (Bre) is gentle-natured and kind. The beds have new mattresses (Sealy, I believe).IMPORTANT: The rooms have a two-burner stove, full-size refrigerator/freezer and microwave, but be SURE to ask for dishes and cooking utensils when checking in, OR call ahead, like I did, to ask that they be put in the room before your arrival. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom, and towels are provided. Note that housekeeping comes every OTHER week. The handyman (Alex) is more than happy to help if anything inside the room needs attention.There are dozens of great restaurants close by, and within driving distance are Safeway, Fred Meyer, QFC, several UPS Stores, Marshalls, and more.I highly recommend this location to business travelers, or individuals in the area for vacation or attending events.   Worse Hotel Experience - Serious Security and Communications Failure

  This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had a confirmed reservation from December 11–20. On December 19, I left in the morning and returned that night to find I had been checked out without notice and my belongings removed from the room. I was never contacted by phone, email, or booking message.When my items were returned, property was missing, including two pairs of shoes (Jordan 4 Black Cats and Jordan 11 Gamma Blue) and an iPhone charger. One suitcase was gone through, and important documents had been moved, without permission.The lack of communication and handling of guest property is unacceptable and raises serious security concerns. I would strongly caution future guests.   This place is a hidden gem. Located in a park like setting and Within walking distance to Microsoft. Property is well maintained and well lit with plenty of parking. It's staff is always present and very friendly and always willing to help. Rooms are clean and quiet a no smoking facility that also welcomes pets.
