    Beds were great! Even though we were on the freeway side it was fairly quiet. The light by my bed didn't work. Really dark in the room. There was a lot of room. Shower was good took a while to warm up. Could hear the neighbors, walls fairly thin.     Excellent, Reliable t Staff, Very Clean Accommodations

    The front desk staff of Seattle/Northgate Hampton Inn and Suites is Excellent and very supportive of their customers. When I needed special support and accommodations for my husband's surgery and treatment at a local hospital, they went above and beyond to help me. A 2 night stay happened to turn into a 12 night stay, and they rose to the occasion to make sure I was taken care of. We would also like to recommend this hotel for their wonderful housekeeping staff. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel when you are in the area. I would like to commend in particular Kaliyah, Jake, Cindy, Nancy and Maria.     Room 609, one night The good: Very kind front desk staff, even though room was not available at earlier time. Basic clean, quiet room, but facing highway. Breakfast was standard, decent. Nice underground parking.The bad: Noise from highway took some adapting. Beds too soft, no fan in bathroom. Would stay again.     Probably one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Truly. The pool is disgusting stained towels? Sticky counter in room. Considered leaving.
