    Great stay at Hampton Inn Seattle/Southcenter!

    We are a band from LA that was very recently on tour and stayed at the Hampton Inn Seattle/Southcenter after our last gig in Sacramento. First off, we very much appreciated the easy and accessible parking, as well as having plenty of space in the lot. We felt completely safe about leaving the van overnight. The front desk staff were very welcoming and made check-in extremely easy, even though we rolled in late after a full day of travel. The rooms were spotless, bathrooms clean and stocked, and the beds were comfortable! We’ll definitely be staying here again when we hit the Seattle area for future gigs.     Jr. high mean girl experience and not up to Hampton Inn standards

    Stayed here one night before a flight out of SEA. The bed was awful, old and saggy. The room was noisy from the freeway traffic and I guess that is my bad for not checking the location of the room. Really cheap toilet paper. It was just not like any other stay at a Hampton Inn. The real disappointment came when I checked out and was waiting in the lobby for the shuttle. Another guest was checking in early and had issues with her key (as did another guest checking in early) after having to make 2 additional trips back to the front desk she was clearly irritated but she did not raise her voice or curse just expressed her irritation. After the left Julie and another employee wearing a mask (below her nose but whatever) began to talk so much crap on this guest despite my standing right there. The comments they were making about this guest were downright rude and mean. I thought to myself, glad I didn’t mention any issues I had. Does this happen with all guests when they leave the desk? The man who checked me in the night before was nice as was the shuttle driver. But these 2 at the front desk need to grow up.

    This isn't a big deal but doesn't the app that sends a text asking how your stay is going know if you have checked in or not? I always get it when I have yet to check in and never get it once I am checked in. I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns because of their consistency. This one was just off. The toilet paper was so cheap and thin which is just gross. The bed was awful, rolling into the middle and lumpy and the room was very noisy from the freeway (which my bad I selected the room which was the only one available without an upcharge). The biggest issue I had was with the front desk upon checkout (8-13-25). I checked out at noon, no issues. I was waiting for the airport shuttle. There was a couple trying to check in and they could not get the key to register. They were going to have housekeeping just let them in the room when another clerk arrived and said she could fix it. She gave them the key and off they went. They then called another guest over and gave her a key. Within 5 minutes both were back saying the keys didn't work. The woman (from the couple) was really getting irritated and I don't blame her. They then have housekeeping let her into her room (and the other lady too). Apparently the battery was dead in the door lock. That was when they started crap talking about her while I was in full view. She was being rude, she was demanding, they were checking in early, the husband was so nice why was she being rude? who did she think she was? It is only 12:15 and check in isn't till 3 so WE are the ones going out of our way, etc etc this went on in front of me for at least 5 minutes. The clerks were Julie and another woman wearing a mask and I didn't see her name. It was really unprofessional and it made me wonder if I had said or done something to irritate them would they talk about me as soon as I left the area? It was very juvenile, middle school mean girl behavior. I will likely not return to this location as it was not up the consistency of other Hampton Inns I have stayed at over the years. The clerk the night before when we checked in was fine as was the shuttle driver.

    Stayed here for 1 night for business.The hotel is clean and new with friendly staff.Close to the airport, plenty of parking, fast and reliable WIFi, free hot breakfast.Comfortable bed and spacious room. Spacious fitness center too. They seem to have a free shuttle to and from the airport too but I would double check.The only 2 knocks would be I wish their breakfast had more offerings and I wish parking was free.I’d be happy to stay here again.

    Stayed with family for 1 night on our drive to Canada. Decent and clean property, didnt really interact with staff since used digital check in, Didn't like having to scan a code to pay for parking on property instead of it being charged with room.
