  Stuffy room that felt like a tomb. Great customer service ... Need I say more?

  The Rooms feel like tombs. Dry / Stale / and stuffy. I could not sleep but a few hours due to the stuffiness. You can't even open a window, what? Where is the in-room ventilation? .... I was afraid to take a shower for fear of making a "swamp" out of the room because there is no bathroom fan. Beware of the rooms. The front desk is helpful and very polite, but under the nice facade of lobby, gym equip, bar, restaurant and pool - don't be fooled. ask to see the room first and wait a few minutes with the door closed. You will feel it for yourself. P.S. the walls are not as soundproof as one would expect from a "Hilton" ...   Top-notch Hilton Garden Inn. Excellent staff and amenities.

  This is one of the best-run HGl properties I've been to (I stay in at least 10/year). It's fairly new, but even outside of that advantage, it's a great hotel. It's spotless, well maintained, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar are good and typical quality for an HGI, but they were more generous with the Gold/Diamond daily food & beverage credit than this brand usually is--servers were excellent. Near the front desk, there's a grab & go snack/drink store that has more options than most HGIs and you can self checkout with a card or room charge. Coffee and filtered water are available all day in the lobby.Fitness center is fantastic: high ceilings and full windows with really nice equipment. They did not go cheap on this, and I loved it! I am not much of a pool person, but it looked nice and everyone else was enjoying it.I was there for a full week, so I used the on-site laundry. It's coin-operated, but the front desk had plenty of change ready. Often when I try to use on-site laundry at hotels, the front desk never has change, so this was appreciated. It's also on the ground floor and not some random corner of a random floor like a lot of properties.Whoever owns/manages this, thank you!   I don't stay in hotels very often, but I would say with certainty that this hotel was the nicest I've ever been to. I was visiting Washington for the first time in five years, as I used to live here, and I can say with certainty this hotel made it all the better. The staff were fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. I was visiting for a concert in downtown Seattle, and my friends and I had a single king room and a double queen. The single king was perfect - and my friends said their room was fantastic too.We had been in a bit of a rush to leave the day of check-out, and I had accidentally left my childhood stuffed bear at the property without realizing it until I landed back in my state. I called the hotel right away and was met with understanding and sympathy from their Night Auditor, who promised to keep me updated as soon as they heard anything about my bear. I called back in the morning and they had found it thankfully, and we organized for them to be able to ship it out to me, and it arrived safe and sound.If I could rate this any higher than a five, I definitely would. I will be staying again if I ever find myself in the Lynnwood area again.   I have stayed here several times for business and it has gone well except for the SHOWER NOT DRAINING. I have now stayed in several different rooms and they have all had the same problem. This last room I stayed in I actually got athletes foot. Will not be staying here again. AVOID at all costs.

  One of our favorites in the Puget sound area. Modern conveniences. Beds are comfortable.Fitness room was spacious, and well equipped. Pool and jacuzzi was not crowded, and fun. Proximity to many food outlets, though the in-house restaurant does whip up some good breakfast / dinner. Didn't get to try out their lunch menu though. 2 thumbs UP.
