Inappropriate, harassment from staff and GM.

  13 Apr 2026

During my stay, there was an interaction with the general manager that I experienced as escalated and uncomfortable. I was approached at my room and asked to respond immediately and provide personal contact information, which left me feeling pressured and concerned about the appropriateness of the interaction. Guest Experience Team, Owner at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood, responded to this review Mia, we appreciate you sharing this. What you describe does not reflect the experience we want for our guests. We understand how that interaction could have felt uncomfortable and will be reviewing what happened carefully. Situations like this are taken seriously so we can make sure our guests always feel respected and at ease during their stay.Stay BrightHearted, Guest Experience TeamHilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood

Stuffy room that felt like a tomb. Great customer service ... Need I say more?

  04 Dec 2025

The Rooms feel like tombs. Dry / Stale / and stuffy. I could not sleep but a few hours due to the stuffiness. You can't even open a window, what? Where is the in-room ventilation? .... I was afraid to take a shower for fear of making a "swamp" out of the room because there is no bathroom fan. Beware of the rooms. The front desk is helpful and very polite, but under the nice facade of lobby, gym equip, bar, restaurant and pool - don't be fooled. ask to see the room first and wait a few minutes with the door closed. You will feel it for yourself. P.S. the walls are not as soundproof as one would expect from a "Hilton" ... Guest Experience Team, Owner at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood, responded to this review Hello Jay, Thank you for recognising the warmth and professionalism of our front desk team — it’s truly appreciated. We’re sincerely sorry, however, that the comfort of your room fell short of expectation. Every guest deserves a space that feels restful and inviting, and it’s disheartening to hear that this was not your experience. While our rooms are sealed and climate-controlled for consistency, we understand that fresh air and ventilation preferences vary, and we’re actively reviewing how we can improve airflow and in-room comfort. Your perspective matters deeply to us, and your remarks are being taken seriously.Stay BrightHearted, Guest Experience TeamHilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood

Top-notch Hilton Garden Inn. Excellent staff and amenities.

  17 Jul 2025

This is one of the best-run HGl properties I've been to (I stay in at least 10/year). It's fairly new, but even outside of that advantage, it's a great hotel. It's spotless, well maintained, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar are good and typical quality for an HGI, but they were more generous with the Gold/Diamond daily food & beverage credit than this brand usually is--servers were excellent. Near the front desk, there's a grab & go snack/drink store that has more options than most HGIs and you can self checkout with a card or room charge. Coffee and filtered water are available all day in the lobby.Fitness center is fantastic: high ceilings and full windows with really nice equipment. They did not go cheap on this, and I loved it! I am not much of a pool person, but it looked nice and everyone else was enjoying it.I was there for a full week, so I used the on-site laundry. It's coin-operated, but the front desk had plenty of change ready. Often when I try to use on-site laundry at hotels, the front desk never has change, so this was appreciated. It's also on the ground floor and not some random corner of a random floor like a lot of properties.Whoever owns/manages this, thank you! Open some more Hilton properties because you're repping the brand so well! Guest Experience Team, Owner at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood, responded to this review Hi David, reading your thoughtful reflection was a true highlight — especially coming from someone who frequents Hilton Garden Inn properties so often. Thank you for staying the full week with us at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood — we’d be genuinely delighted to welcome you back anytime.Stay BrightHearted, Guest Experience TeamHilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood

  Perfect in Every Way

  01 Apr 2025

I don't stay in hotels very often, but I would say with certainty that this hotel was the nicest I've ever been to. I was visiting Washington for the first time in five years, as I used to live here, and I can say with certainty this hotel made it all the better. The staff were fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. I was visiting for a concert in downtown Seattle, and my friends and I had a single king room and a double queen. The single king was perfect - and my friends said their room was fantastic too.We had been in a bit of a rush to leave the day of check-out, and I had accidentally left my childhood stuffed bear at the property without realizing it until I landed back in my state. I called the hotel right away and was met with understanding and sympathy from their Night Auditor, who promised to keep me updated as soon as they heard anything about my bear. I called back in the morning and they had found it thankfully, and we organized for them to be able to ship it out to me, and it arrived safe and sound. If I could rate this any higher than a five, I definitely would. I will be staying again if I ever find myself in the Lynnwood area again. Guest Experience Team, Owner at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood, responded to this review Hi Ash,Reading your review absolutely made our day — thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and heartfelt experience. It means a lot to hear that your visit to Washington was made even more special by your stay with us. So many guests come through our doors for big moments like concerts, reunions, and first-time visits back “home,” so it really resonates to know your time here felt memorable and comfortable. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to our team — especially our Night Auditor, who will be so happy to hear their care made a difference. And we’re so glad your childhood bear made it back safely! You're not alone — we've helped reunite quite a few guests with beloved items over the years, and we completely understand how meaningful that can be.We’d love to welcome you back whenever you’re in the Lynnwood area again. Until then, thank you again for the kind words and for choosing to stay with us. Stay BrightHearted, Guest Experience TeamHilton Garden Inn Seattle/Lynnwood

  Athletes Foot

  11 Mar 2025

I have stayed here several times for business and it has gone well except for the SHOWER NOT DRAINING. I have now stayed in several different rooms and they have all had the same problem. This last room I stayed in I actually got athletes foot. Will not be staying here again. AVOID at all costs.
