    Wonderful experience

Really amazing stay. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and accommodated our early check in. The bar offered a complimentary wine hour. We used the valet parking which gave us the peace of mind that the car would be safe in down town Seattle. Our car was electric so we requested the EV charger, and my only critique is that we didn't get much charge for overnight.

This hotel is excellent. The staff accommodated my numerous requests and took great care of my guests who I had booked in another room. Overall service quality is excellent and the staff have a positive attitude. Yancy, Naylia, and Sarah I got to meet personally but also the bell and valet staff was great.Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and some have an excellent city/water view. The free-standing bathtubs with the overhead water spigot are a highlight, beds also very comfortable. I liked the little lounge area, food at the restaurant was generally good, although service there a little below the high standard the other departments set. Also pricing is not bad for a 4* hotel and they do have the gym and the spa which I did not try. As for location, if you have to go to Seattle downtown, you should give this place a try. It's very close to the water and Pike Place. As for the location Seattle downtown itself, it is as bad as you see on the news or on YouTube. Out of respect for the hotel staff I will leave it at that and you can make your own decision. I would come back to this hotel but not this city.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown seattle

Really nice hotel. Beautiful lobby with good restaurants, spacious rooms, very clean, and the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept on. We booked through Amex and it came with an absurd amount of perks. Would definitely return. About a 5 minute walk from Pikes place market and even shorter walk down to the piers.
