    Beautiful hotel in a great location. The art is AMAZING! The rooms are tidy and modern. Staff is spot on and eager to assist you. Will most definitely be staying here again.     Not worth the money

    I expected this to be a luxury hotel as was advertised. Aside from the beautiful artwork displayed, the rest of it was no more than an average 3 star motel. Upon check-in there was no clear direction about where to park (which I had paid). The guy at the counter literally said "just move". There was another woman in the parking area trying to figure out what was Murano parking and what was not since there was no signage. When we came back to verify that we were in a spot where we wouldn't get tow'd there was a guy at the counter confused about where he was supposed to park, and being given no clear instruction. The room was less than average, stained/discolored grout on the bathroom floor, small scratchy cheap towels, a clogged sink that sat on top of a kitchen utility table, very low water pressure, room smelled of chemicals. Most of the staff we came across was not smiling or acknowledging the fact that they had guests. There was no food available after our 3:00 check-in, not sure what was going on with the restaurants. We were able to get breakfast the next morning even though the sign said closed. There was trash outside the hotel. I've stayed at luxury hotels...this is not one...will not be back nor will I recommend to anyone.     Banging / gunshot noises from elevators

    Looks great, and very nice location.The elevator has some kind of problem. All day and night, whenever someone takes a ride, there is a banging or gunshot sound. I could hear it through my earplugs on the 24th floor in a room not near the elevators. The front desk people said it has always been this way. They gave me $60 in credit.     While the hotel is in a very good location and is very nice looking, it is sad that they have an additional charge for parking your vehicle. Rooms were clean, quiet, and had a real good vibes.     Beautiful and clean hotel

    Manager and staff were welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Loved the amenities and featured glass artists throughout the hotel and enjoyed dinner at bite, the hotel restaurant - the food was delicious, service attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and the view of Mt Rainier was impeccable. The bed/pillows were remarkably comfortable and I had a lovely night's sleep.
