  Free breakfast? Pool? Neither was available The door didn’t even lock properly on my stay August2025 this property is definitely not maintained nor run by hospitality trained staff would not recommend or stay again anything above 2 stars are given for the cleaning staff and only them

  DON'T stay here. I had a room booked via Orbitz for the week of July 7 - 12. I arrived at about 10:30 PM, because I spent the afternoon on the train from Vancouver and then had to pick up my rental car. Somewhere in the very small print is a notice that check-in time is 4 PM to 10 PM, and the hotel is NOT STAFFED 24/7! So, the office was dark, deserted and locked. There were other people out in the parking lot in the same predicament as I was - including one family who were already staying there and needed to get their key card re-scanned. I immediately called the main phone number to see why no one was there to take care of the guests, and the poor schlub at the call center (apparently in New York?) kept telling me they "were escalating my problem," - whatever that means - and "trying to contact someone at the property." And promising to "have the supervisor call me back," which did not happen. I called twice from the parking lot over the next 45 minutes or so, then attempted to cancel the booking via Orbitz. I couldn't cancel on the website because "The check-in date (July 7) had already passed. I then found another hotel nearby (also via Orbitz) and drove there because I really didn't want to sleep in the parking lot in my rental car. Once I was checked into the new hotel, shortly after midnight on July 8, I called OYO back and told them I was cancelling my booking altogether. The Inn did NOT look nice anyway. It looked dingy and rundown, and the pool - one of the features that led me to book there in the first place - was closed and covered with a dirty tarp! The dad of the family that was locked out told me, "Oh yeah, they never open the pool." Then - even though I had cancelled my booking via that THIRD phone call, they dinged me as a "No Show" and charged me $495! Since I arrived after 10 PM, I'd be OK with paying for the first night (about $75). But not all 5 nights, since I did cancel the rest of the week. I'm still attempting to get a refund since *I* was not the no-show.

  The worst experience ever. They cancelled on 3 young girls travelling from Canada the night of saying they were overbooked. 6 anxious parents wondering what to do. The hotel provided no help for the girls. DO NOT BOOK HERE. The absolute worst service when we tried to call regarding the situation.

  DONT STAY HERE. arrived yesterday for a reservation we booked last year and we were greeted by an employee who told us our reservation was lost due to a software update at the hotel. This clerk was totally out of his depth and said he couldn't do anything to help us. we booked through Experia who had knowledge of our booking, however because the hotel had lost our reservation, they wouldn't be able to give us any refund as there was no evidence of our booking by the hotel. Somebody needs to be held accountable so I would like OYO or the manager of The Inn to contact us to arrange a total refund. Not even going to give this appaulling hotel a rating.

  I had the misfortune to book a 9-day stay here with Expedia. I'm a solo traveler, and really don't need much. A place to sleep, clean my clothes, and shower is all I'm asking for. So the out of service pool, longer-term "guests" grilling food outside of their room, TV not working, signs everywhere wine about how unsaved the parking lot is and that drug uses prohibited, witnessing a possible drug deal in the parking lot ( I have no way it really knowing what they passed to each other ), and the unstable woman, possibly employee, walking around the premises screaming and cursing didn't really bother me. But the laundry not working, and no hot water in my room was too much. After 2 days I went down to the office first thing to see about getting the hot water fixed. The desk is supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. but nobody showed up until 8:30 a.m. my that time I decided to cut my losses, and booked a different hotel through Expedia. Management had agreed to refund the rest of my money for the unused days, but now has refused to do that. It looks like I will be fighting with them for a while. So whenever you do, don't stay here unless you just want to book a room for a few hours. That's really the kind of place it is.
