    Front desk lacks customer service

    Stayed at hotel to recover from a night shift I pre arranged my stay by securing with choice points the day before. Finished my shift at 7am to be greeted by desk staff that told me they were sold out because she didn't see my name. The desk person didn't look at my confirmation just assumed I was not registered.

    The hotel has a wonderful appearance, both exterior and lobby. It has walkable services including restaurants. The staff was welcoming, albeit very chatty at check in when all we wanted to do was get to the room after a long drive. The room itself and its amenities are very basic. I would say similar to a low-end hotel. Of the two bath towels provided, one was soiled/stained. Worst of all was the bed. It was perhaps the worst I have ever encountered. I'm not saying the worst I've slept in because very little sleep was to be had.

    I loved everything! Had a wonderful time! Beautifully kept, clean, organized, welcoming, charming, the front desk personel was very nice and helpful, cozy, warm, everything worked, enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable bed, etc.

    Absolutely the cleanest hotel ever. You could eat off the floors. Dings or damage very hard to find. No evidence of wear. Everything meticulously maintained and presented.

    Pleasure get away. Small hotel feels like a niche luxury hotel. Enjoyed wonderful restaurants within five minutes of walking. Safe and welcoming.
