    Unfortunately, this is a terrible hotel. We booked with a third-party vendor and we’re supposed to get breakfast cocktails, and a complementary room upgrade. We got none of those things. And then when we ask the staff about them, they were belligerent. Which is not OK. We were not rude. In addition, they are short staffed so they cannot clean rooms or give you fresh towels, etc. which they charge $30 a night for all of these things which you did not get but they still take their money just not a place I would ever stay again and they are unapologetic about their lack of service services, which really makes it worse

    The location of this hotel was amazing! It was very conveniently located walking distance to all of the tourist spots. The hotel staff were also very kind and professional. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Seattle!
