Location

This conveniently located hotel is situated between Seattle and Tacoma. It is only a few blocks from Sea Tac airport, just under 30 km from downtown Seattle, and around 15 km from Seattle's Museum of Flight. A wide range of restaurants is to be found a few minutes walk away.

Facility

143 rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Exceptional staff, helpful and friendly. Best looking LaQuinta i have ever stayed at previously. Comfortable room with good ambiance.

    Room not very clean, white stain on carpet and blood on my pillow, also the heater was very erratic and noisy. No hot water in the morning so I had to go to reception and ask for another room just to shower. Receptionist then called and asked if I'd turned the tap both ways! What an insult, especially when turning to the right turns the water off. 'Buffet breakfast' was was almost non-existent being waffles or bread and the member of staff didn't know where the butter was! I was later told she doesn't speak English! If I was La Quinta I'd distance myself from this place fast, probably the second worst one I've ever stayed in.     Newly remodeled and still needs work

    Recently remodeled, looks wonderful, better lighting, however not really to be occupied. Room was cold, thermostat didn't seem to work accurately. No extra blanket. I expected a modified breakfast but it was non existent. Coffee had sat there from the day before so was stale and cold. They have done nothing to help with noise from hywy.     So much room for improvement

    There is construction going on at the hotel, and a lot of noise outside and inside the building due to the construction. There was no signage on the outside of the hotel to indicate this was even a La Quinta. The receptionist charged my card for incidentals but never gave me a receipt for the pet fee. Even though guests were being staggered due to the construction, I was kept awake all night by neighbors banging on the walls across the hall. The refrigerator did not work, and upon opening it, a puddle of smelly water fell out onto the floor. There was a very long hair on the bed when I entered the room. The heater in the room was not on when I arrived and the room was freezing. There were no poop bags at the dog-walking area, nor was there a trash can. This hotel has a lot they could improve.
