    Staff was great, room was clean but internet and breakfast were sad at best.It's close to the freeway so you vould hear traffic noise most of the time.

    Main issues here is just the overall atmosphere is dingy and smelly and sketchy. 3 of 3 rooms reeked of smoke covered up by air fresheners. Staff were great but understaffed. 1 person handled everything from front desk to breakfast to requests. It took 45 minutes to check in. Overall disappointing and only like 10$ cheaper than nearby holiday inn.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BROKE ADA REGULATIONS FOR SERVICE ANIMALS

    Horrible experience. Withheld my deposit due to their assumptions of things to be done to prove my dogs are service dogs and not pets. Unpleasant staff. Under trained regarding ADA guidelines for service animals. Uncleanliness of rooms as one of my service dogs digested a possible opioid from a previous guest that stayed in the hotel room my family and our service dogs stayed in. No management on site. I got the round arounds when I asked to speak to a manager. No one seemed to know who was on staff at the hotel. Overall experience from this hotel was the most horrible one I have ever experienced as I’ve stayed in many hotels, especially hotels owned by Wyndham. I would not recommend staying at a La Quinta Hotel in any location. This experience has been escalated to their escalation department within Wyndham and La Quinta as well as they have been reported to the BBB and the US Department of Justice regarding my service dogs and withholding my deposit and applying it to the pet fees/deposit.DO NOT STAY AT ANY LA QUINTA LOCATIONS, especially if you have pets or service dogs.
