    Three night stay prior to cruise, travelled from UK. Lovely clean comfy rooms. Great roof terrace, go up at night amazing views and they have heaters. 10 min walk to needle, around 25 mins to Pike Place so take monorail takes less than 5 mins. Staff very helpful, free coffee machine in lobby and coffee maker/kettle fridge in room, across from hotel is a Safe way we bought iced coffee pastries etc for breakfast there.

    We would stay here again. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They were very responsive to messages before we arrived. Everything was clean. It’s a good area. We could walk to the Space Needle, there is a Safeway (grocery store) a block away.

    The hotel was very clean. Rooms were small but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Easy convenient walk to Pikes Place and Space Needle. I would definitely stay here again.

    This hotel has exceeded my expectations!! Clean, comfortable and the staff are all so helpful. While all staff have been helpful, Kay at the desk was amazing. Her customer service is out of this world. She could tell we were completely exhausted, she did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable until our rooms were ready, she showed us great places to eat close by and called us as soon as our room was available.The rooftop area is amazing, a great place to relax and enjoy the views. They held our bags for us so we didn’t have to fight with them while we waited. The rooms are clean and updated, the beds are comfortable and perfect climb into after a long day of travel and walking. We have another stay booked for next week and I’m so glad we chose this hotel and can’t wait to return after our cruise.Thank you to all the staff who helped make this an amazing stay!!

    Great customer service as well as the location. They had drivers that arraigned the airport and pirt pick ups with ease. Our room overlooking the waterfront was amazing. The rooftop had a great view and to have a pizza delivered for inexpensive dinner.
