  There a lady at the motel 6 on hosmer in Tacoma WA named Amy who is one of the managers and is one of the most kind understanding human beings I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My girlfriend and I fell on a string of bad luck that really affected our lives in a negative way, and left living between our car and the motel when we can afford it. And if it not were for this woman we would have been out in the cold in a vehicle that doesn't work. And she doesn't do it because she has something coming back. She does it outta the kindness of her heart because she is a decent person. She is by no means a pushover or softie. Just someone that seen she could make a difference in the lives of a couple and chose to do so, and for that we are eternally greatful and if we could something more than just say thank you we would because I don't want to think about where we would be had she not stuck up a conversation with me about our circumstances while trying to help me fix our car by the way. So Amy thank you to you and your staff for being so understanding and empathetic. You've been an angel in this hell of a life we've been living for the past 6mo and we greatly appreciate you. 🥰

  Horrible experience - Avoid staying there.

  Horrible experience. I booked a non-smoking room. The room I had, smelled cigarette and weed. The smell was terrible. The bathroom sink was clogged. There were red stains on the bathroom sink and all over the bath and some on the bed sheets. This was the filthiest room I ever had. I did not spend the night in there; too gross. I booked another room in another hotel. It was too disgusting to stay. The motel in general looks neglected. I couldn't imagine the state of the other rooms.   It is pretty standard at first. However, ants became a problem and I asked to switch rooms. I was told that they were completely out of rooms. However, when I called to ask if they had any rooms available outside of the office they had plenty of rooms. I dealt with ants the entire time and it was really gross. I also had an issue with the toilet overflowing and they never even cleaned the floor. It was absolutely gross to have ants crawl on me at night.   Aggressive price gouging!

  This place flat out took full advantage of my family by price gouging us for over 3.5x the standard rate due to lack of hotel availability in the area! It's craziness to price a double bed room for $370 USD a night. The room was basic and the beds were very uncomfortable. This place deserves to any negative economic karma for its aggressive pricing tactics.   When is a PRE PAID reservation not a reservation ??

  I would like someone to explain to me when a PRE PAID reservation is NOT a reservation. I Had one reservation. One confirmation number. One payment. Two rooms Two nights. They tried to claim I had two reservations. One reservation. One confirmation number. Two rooms. Because my plans changed we didn't use the second room the first night, but still needed it the second night of our Pre Paid reservation. Because we didn't use the room they gave it away. They will try and say they told me this. That's a LIE. 2 points. If you told me that night do you not think that I would've done whatever was necessary to not allow that to happen ?? Second. I offered to give you my unused room the first night, because you were busy and I was trying to be nice . . and was told if I did that I would lose my reservation and not get it back. So I said never mind. So say again how you told me ??? I had a PRE PAID reservation and you did not honor that. Oh and yes like most of the reviews here say . . cigarette burns on the tub, drawers that don't close, crooked TV pillows that don't match ancient mattresses, poor shape and in a bad area.
