    We had our bikes stolen off our car parked just 15 feet from the front door while staying here. The thief's cut 2 cable locks and 4 straps with a grinder and nobody heard a thing. The manager and owner never answer or return emails or follow up as promised. While filing a police i was told these hotels along I 5 have a higher incident of crimes wish someone would have told me this.

    We gave 2 different rooms a try before determining Quality Inn & Suites to be unsuitable and left. We had reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa to meet the needs of our large family. The first room did not have the pull out sofa. The front desk offered to bring in a cot, but due to the floor feeling sticky in this room we told the front desk our preference was to have a suite with the beds we had requested. We were given new keys to a room on a different floor. When we opened the door to the new suite we immediately saw the pull out sofa, the sofa was stuck in between being folded down into the sofa and being half way pulled out. This was something that we have never experienced before, housekeeping doesn't leave a pull out like this for no reason. We really had to pull hard to pull the bed all the way out and when we did we found the foot of the bed hung down to the floor because the frame was broken. We contemplated having one of the kids sleep on the couch with it folded up into the couch position but noticed the upholstery on the couch and the cushions had stains all over it and felt sticky in many places. We also noticed dripping stains on the dust ruffle of one of the queen beds. After spending maybe 20 minutes at this hotel we were so grossed out and frustrated with the broken amenities, we decided to leave and paid only $70 more to a book a 2 bedroom suite at the Staybridge Suites in Mukilteo. It was more than we had planned to pay, but it was definitely worth it for the comfort and cleanliness. The man at the front desk of the Quality Inn was nice and friendly, this was the best part of the experience. When we told him he we would be leaving and not stay in their hotel he did not seem surprised. Unfortunately we had booked the room through Expedia and have had to work with them to try to get refunded for the room. Expedia tried communicating with the manager of Quality on several occasions but each time a refund has been denied, with the manager telling Expedia that we did stay the night in their facility. This seems silly especially since we have receipts from another hotel booked later that same night.We recommend that anyone that can, should avoid this hotel at all cost and stay at Staybridge instead. We believe in transparency, and we want our guests to know exactly what to expect.Regarding your refund, I want to be very clear: I did not decline your refund because you “stayed the night,” as you claimed. The reason the refund was denied is because your reservation was booked under a non-cancellable policy, which is clearly stated at the time of booking. This policy is part of our agreement with Expedia and applies to all guests equally. While I understand your decision to leave, I must also uphold the policies we have in place.That said, I am genuinely sorry that your experience was disappointing. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest, and I regret that we fell short in your case.     Great value, lovely breakfast, and clean rooms

    My kids wanted to spend the night away from home. Sometimes, taking a break from home chores can energize my family. We stayed at the Quality Inn in Everett and were delighted with the room and heartfelt welcome at the front desk. It appears the management trained their staff well and, speaking about the room's cleanliness, it was spotless. I didn't find any hair. The breakfast was terrific. My kids loved the frosted flakes, waffles, and Yami yogurt. My wife and I loved scrambled eggs and sausages. We will return next time we decide to stay away from home.     Just ok. Very outdatedWe checked in with the most friendly lady. Most helpful. The hotel is outdated and has a very odd smell that doesn’t go away. When we left the hotel we smelled like our room. Everything needed to be washed when we got home even if it wasn’t dirty. The beds were decent and very clean. The shower and bathroom were old and out dated. The shower had almost no water pressure. Shampoo and conditioner were there but sooo small there wasn’t enough for 2 ladies for more than a day. So just remember to pack your own. The vents in the bathroom let you hear any business going on in the bathroom adjacent to us. 🤢. They could also hear our full conversations and vice versa. We heard everything plus their music and kids through the bathroom vent! We could hear when they showered and used the toilet too!! On the 3rd night we had a family with a small child that screamed for hours until 2am. Poor child but this was so loud that it sounded like they were right in our room. It was in the room attached to our room which was 306. They of course had all their lights on which shone under the door and into our room!!! So we were kept awake. The internet is free but if you are hoping to do any sort of work or important FT calls don’t count on it. We got kicked out often. As far as location - it’s far from a lot and there’s nothing within walking distance. We would not stay again as other places offer more for less. The front desk clerk on checkin and the next 2 days were sooooo sweet!!Breakfast was good but very congested with not enough seating.     This place is the best Quality in that I've stayed at. Very good room and the 3 employees that I've dealt with were so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Their names were Andres, Lindsey and Daniel. Great employees. The room was also very new and clean and lots of everything you would need.
