  Deana was very nice and thorough. The hotel room was cute and clean. Carpet was a little damp but I know how hard it is to prepare for others to be coming in when you do a deep clean. The towels are kind of small but that’s okay too.   Service was speedy and front office was accommodating. Checked in with 6 people across three different rooms and the service went smooth and fast. Rooms and office were very clean.   Very pleasant stay if only for two nights, very much appreciated! Thank you

  Front desk reception was very friendly checking in as well as checking out! The room was really clean and neat, the bed was very comfortable, housekeeping came by and asked me if I needed anything the first morning, very friendly! It was quiet and very much relaxing! I really enjoyed the stay!   This Motel is certainly showing it's age. The arms and seat of the desk chair are badly peeled. The finish on the tub has worn off. The caulking at the base of the tub was poorly done. The cap on the back of the toilet seat was missing. The Breakfast Room had a sign posted that it had been closed by the County Heslth Department And the pool was closed . I didn't bother to check th r sauna but I can imagine. All of this and they still charged full fare. After seeing the condition of the room. I went back to the desk and told the clerk I wanted a refund, she said I would have to come back in the morning. I plan to dispute this charge on my credit card. This hotel has not been newly renovated as indicated.   This hotel is a joke

  The internet is poor, the laundry dryer is out of order, the breakfast is non-existent, even the lobby coffee is so bad it you can not drink it (cold and bitter), they double charged me and one other person with me for our rooms, the pool is so disgusting you can't go into the room with the pool, let alone use it, the hot tub is drained, and the management here can't seem to figure out how to reverse the double charges.I could say the rooms are clean, but because so many other things at this hotel are completely dysfunctional, and they charge over $100 a night, I will never stay here again and I return to this town every year for a week.
