    I checked in and found out that the 3rd party I booked the hotel through messed up. I requested a hot tub At the desk Lokesh and Nick was there to help. Nick took care of the error immediately. I appreciate the extra effort that they went to, to make sure I got what I payed for. Thank you Nick! I'll be back!

    I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The bedding was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. After my stay, my body became very itchy, and I am concerned that there may be bedbugs in the room.

    Nice location with a great place to eat within a few steps of the hotel. Overall staff was friendly. Easy to get to the express way from this location so easy to get around.

    not value for money, was just like any other motel with a RAMADA name tag. from room cleanliness to room amenities, there was a lot that could be better.

    My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There were no basic toiletries like shampoo or soap provided, and the shaver in the bathroom was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The room had a strong smell of bleach, which made it uncomfortable to stay in, and the overall cleanliness was terrible – it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. The fridge was completely empty, with no water or snacks, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, when I called the front desk to ask for water, the staff was rude and dismissive, refusing to assist me properly. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
