  Wonderful staff, cozy room, and enjoyable atmosphere

  The Residence Inn at Seattle Downtown was a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and personable especially Lauren. Lauren personally made sure our bags were secure until our room was ready. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. Highly recommend going earlier for less wait time.   The guy named Jeffrey(a philippino staff) really made my stay. During my stay at the hotel, he was incredibly kind and helped me with meals and even cleaned the café so I could work comfortably at a table. Big shout-out to him!   The location is very conveniently located across the street from the Convention Center Summit. The rooms are well appointed and up-to-date. The entry is clean and well maintained, making you feel like you are walking into luxury. Ifrah helped us get checked in with a smile and professionalism one would expect at a 5 star resort. She was able to correct my mistaken spelling of my name on my reservation that somehow got past the reservation system, and made sure that we had everything we needed before we left the front desk. Thanks Ifrah for your stellar service! You started our stay off with a welcoming atmosphere!We look forward to returning already.   We live about 100 miles from Seattle, but are in the city quite often for everything from Braodway shows to Seahawk games. This is simply the best hotel we've been to. The check in process was quick and easy. The counter staff was so great, without seeming phoney. Parking was quick and easy. All staff taht we interacted with certainly believe in great cusomer service. The value is also amazing. Of course downtown hotels are a bit pricey. But with parking, and a free breakfast, (more on that later) It was under $200 a night. We've paid much more for a whole lot less.The room was super clean. Full sized refridgerator, plates, glasses, and plenty of stuff to cook with. Even a dishwasher!!!!!Breakfast at most downtown hotels is average at best, this place rocks it!Location is great for the convention center, or the theater district. We will only choose this place moving forward!!!!!   I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

  I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Seattle Downtown and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable with a nice view of the city. My only disappointment was housekeeping. I was told my room would be cleaned every other day, but unfortunately it was never serviced and towels were never replaced. I would stay there again, but I would make sure to request cleaning service directly next time. Aside from that issue, the stay itself was decent and enjoyable.
