    Smelly and Buggy

    I’m being super generous with this review. The room smelled terrible. I ended buying a spray but it came back. Besides the smell, there were bugs crawling around. The only good things about this place is the price which was super low and the location. It’s very close to the light rail station giving easy access to downtown. The water pressure was good too. However, those are not enough to recommend this hotel.Pay more and stay at a nice hotel.

    We really just needed a cheap place to stay as we had an early flight, but this is the worst hotel I've stay in. We were there literally for 5.5 hours (slept for 4.5); I just couldn't stand the cockroaches (saw at least 5). It's dirty and run down. FRont desk staff was fine.

    Absolutely disgusting place, smells like rotting fish and is totally unsanitary. I simply asked for my money back and the very rude front desk guy said he wanted to keep it and steal it instead. Stay away from this awful place - all the paint is stripped too.

    This is my second time here.The clerk was extremely nice.They are putting a new check in desk.I had hot water, clean towels, a working air conditioner, and refrigerator.I even had a hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom. The TV worked. I was able to open my room window and there was a beautiful tree outside.There was a desk, and luggage rack. My rate was affordable, and the area safe with a Dennys down the street.You can walk from the airport easily.The only negative is they gave me a smoking room.I didn't want to pay the extra charge for non smoking.I just opened the window. Oh, and free WI Fi.Good job staff.

    Dirty, run down hotel

    Room was barely passable as clean, bugs found on bed and in bathroom, cigarette ash on windowsill and security refund denied over phone & staff decided to hang up the phone. door key was temperamental, stains all over the carpets. Do not stay here if looking for somewhere close to airport, spend the money elsewhere.
