  Extremely noisy off the major road on a Friday night.Popcorn ceilingNo microwave No refrigerator No shampoo Guests smoking in the parking lotI don't think I woukd stay here again.It wasn't terrible though.And the clerk was very nice.

  Not worth it if there is no shuttle

  I was told in the morning after staying the night that the keys for the shuttle were not on site and they couldn't drive me to airport. They said they would reimburse me for the Uber I had to take so that I didn't miss my flight. No response after sending emails and calling.

  Don't Take a Chance Here!

  This is one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. The reasons are obvious -- the toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush properly; the sink wouldn't drain; and the TV was black and white static. After multiple calls to the front desk and interactions with the desk and custodial staff, we did not receive satisfactory resolution to any of these issues. We were left with a plunger and our own advice to not put toilet paper in the bowl~ Our experience also included calling three times for one set of towels for each guest in the room, which took multiple attempts. At the end of our stay, I visited the day manager, Tasha, and she told me that they KNEW they had a problem in this room as a previous unhappy patron had intentionally clogged the toilet and "did other things to the room," which they had hoped to fix. She told me since I used a third-party vendor (my credit card company's travel portal) to reserve the room, she couldn't issue a credit of any kind, but that she would make a note in her file. When I disputed the charge, the hotel claimed they provided satisfactory services. As you can imagine, I am very frustrated that we received a "defective product" that we couldn't return, and that they knowingly acted in a fraudulent manner in assigning the room and then refuting the dispute. The basic definition of a hotel room should include working bathroom fixtures, towels, and a TV! As for the rest, we were unhappy with the cleanliness and appearance of the room. Please believe that the Sea-Tac's "official photos" are not reflective of today's conditions.

  Run! Poor customer service!

  The worst experience of my life. First of all, it took over an hour for the Shuttle to get to the airport, and another hour to get the keys to my room. And then, the lady in the front desk gave me keys card that doesn't work. I was upstairs, and had to back downstairs twice, and the Key card still won't work. After the second go around, and it was raining too, I asked to cancel my reservation and she refused and just walked away and sit back in the office. At that point, I knew that I would rather go and sit on the chair at the airport, than spend the night at a roach motel with a nasty employee. At that point she said she could book me a room on the ground floor, but cannot cancel my reservation, that I have to call the manager in the morning for that. Overall, please stay away from this place if you could. Needless to say, I had to leave the hotel at 12 midnight, without a room and no refund! But hey, I would rather sleep on the chair in the airport than that that so called hotel.

  IF YOU LIKE TO READ IN BED, BETTER STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE

  Room has two beds with a table in between which is attached to the wall. The only thing on the table is a phone stolen from the Super 8 motel. No lamp. The only light in the room is above the window. Too dark to even read in bed. went to the desk to see if they have any lamps. They don't . I said "how about a room with a lamp?" She thought that was funny but didn't even take me seriously
