Location

This hotel is located opposite the terminals of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. It lies 7 minutes by car from Westfield Southcenter shopping, 10 minutes from Lake Washington and only 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Safeco Field, the Space Needle and Quest Field. Seattle Aquarium and the Wild Waves & Enchanted Village are also 20 minutes away. The Museum of Flight is 8 km away and it is an hour's drive to the Summit at Snoqualmie and 2 hours' drive to Wenatchee National Forest. An airport shuttle is complimentary for guests.

Facility

260 rooms are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. At the non-smoking restaurant, guests are waited on in a cosy atmosphere. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety.     Had an 8 hour layover here. Very efficient staff on check in. The shuttle bus driver was helpful with luggage and airport information.

    There’s something wrong with the management here I can only guess. The operators. And front desk were all so rude I thought it was a prank. Shuttle only runs every 30 min and not on schedule. Shuttle driver yelled something unintelligible at us as we were boarding. What’s wrong with these people?Smoke alarm light flashed in my face all night. I hated it just because I was treated so poorly but the hotel itself was fine. I should not have stayed. All I wanted was to check in and out and sleep but somehow they all made it feel terrible.

    This hotel worked perfectly for my husband and I when we were returning from our vacation and needed to stay by the Tacoma airport the last night. It’s close to car rental return, shuttle bus to the airport runs every 30 minutes, staff was friendly and professional, room was clean and bed comfortable. I highly recommend it.

    I made a booking for a friend. When he needed to extend, the hotel staff immediately refused, citing unexplained “red flags” on the reservation. Despite calling immediately to resolve the misunderstanding, I was met with an inflexible "it's my final decision." The outcome? I paid for an extra night my friend was unable to stay in, as I could not appear in person due to work commitments. This highly unhelpful and rigid approach to customer service is terrible—it’s not something that you should be proud of, it’s a shame on your service. You kept my hard-earned money while offering nothing in return.

    Great place to stop near Seattle Airport

    This hotel is in a great location for Seattle airport. We used there Shuttle service to the airport which was very convenient.The hotel was clean and we didn't notice any noise at all.The room was a great size and outside of the hotel there isn't to much close by to do but we were there for a stop before a flight and it was a great location to do that.
